A bit beyond frustrated with the stove, and it really comes down to trying to light it and the lack of included instructions. While the amazon page may include the necessity of solid fuel, nowhere on the packaging or the included instructions does it indicate that. As a reviewer, I try to look at the entire package in front of me, and stay less focused on the listing page. Listing pages change all the time, they say one thing today and another tomorrow, but included in the box is everything that you paid for, so one should expect a complete package with complete instructions. The final step in the included directions: ignite and lower glass....ignite what? It completely missed the instructions to fill not just the hopper but also down the center shaft. It completely misses letting you know you'll need a good firestarter that can be lit and will burn for an extended period of time with limited airflow. What about where to find "solid ethanol", as it states on the Amazon listing, and not in the instructions, where does one find those? They're not sold at big box stores or apparently even on amazon. Perhaps any firestarter can work? In the end, while we were able to finally make do, we wish they would have included a way to light it from the bottom, not from the top, control airflow at the base to aid with lighting, and wish that the "unique" design of the swirls had better tolerances as the first time adding the glass, we already tore off one of the paddings that was glued onto the side. That will surely be missing in one or two uses.

This outdoor firefit works exceptionally well, it gives off a ton of heat and the flame looks amazing. The glass tube is superior to traditional chimneys, allowing for a clear view of the flames. I really love this pellet fuel fire fit. It is really enough for up to 1.5 hour of one pellet load to heat, you can also choose to fill it only half the load due to your needs. The thickened and sturdy triangular base is suitable for various terrain surfaces and offers excellent stability.

This outdoor stove is easy to setup and looks great, beautiful design, moderate size and suitable for small gatherings. It is much easier to transport for camping trips than a bulky stove. The ash pan makes cleaning a breeze, and it's solidly built and durable. It has become our favorite addition to the backyard for coffee on the patio or hanging out on the balcony.

I recently purchased the 56 Pellet Stove with Removable Ash Tray, and I have to say, it’s been a great addition to my outdoor setup! The first thing I noticed was how portable it is. I love that I can easily move it around my backyard. Setting it up is straightforward, and the glass tube adds a nice touch just have to be careful not to let any water hit it when it's hot. It creates such a cozy ambiance, especially during the evenings when we’re having a bonfire with friends. The removable ash tray is a game-changer. It makes cleanup after using the stove a breeze, which I really appreciate. The heat it puts out is impressive; it keeps us warm without being overwhelming. It's perfect for those chilly nights when you still want to enjoy the outdoors. I’ve used it for everything from casual gatherings to family parties, and it’s always a hit. If you're looking for a portable outdoor fireplace that combines functionality with style, this pellet stove is definitely worth considering! With all of its good points, there was a HUGE OVERSIGHT by the manufacturer. They do not include any instructions on how to load or how to ignite the stove. Not even a hint! This was very disappointing to me since I have many items made by this company.
