    • Arrived broken and is made of cheap particle board wood.

Couch arrived broken. The bottom piece that slides out was cracked in half. There are 2 metal screw inserts that the moving hinge part screws into that were totally broken out. We are unsure of the return policy and how to replace this part so we made some wood filler out of wood glue and sawdust to repair the piece. It is holding for now but we are unsure of how long. We don't pull the couch out very often for that reason. I'm not sure if it was damaged in shipping, or if was damaged from where it was made. We were pretty disappointed with how this arrived and now we are very nervous to use the pull out function, which was the reason that we chose this couch. Would not buy again or recommend. Update: After contacting the seller, and sending pictures of the broken parts, the seller sent us another couch! This one arrived all in one piece with no damage. Great response time from seller, very understanding and fixed the situation for us at no charge. Very nice and great customer service! ... show more

I am very happy with both the sofa bed and the seller’s customer service. The sofa bed itself is comfortable, stylish, and works perfectly for our space. But what really stood out was how generous and responsive the seller, NOORDENIYA, was throughout the process. When I first ordered, the package was marked as delivered by the courier, but we couldn’t find it anywhere. I reached out to the seller, and they replied promptly and worked with us right away. Since the package never showed up, they kindly sent another sofa bed. After receiving the replacement, our neighbor across the street brought over the original sofa bed. It had been misdelivered to an address ending in 13 instead of ours ending in 30. When I explained this to the seller, they told us to keep the extra sofa bed, as the shipping cost would be too high to return it. This experience showed me that the seller is not only quick to respond but also extremely generous and customer-focused. I highly recommend both the product and the seller! ... show more

The sofa was ok when lying on it (I had a 3” foam on top) but sitting was not comfortable at all. I knew I would regret it if I kept it. The sofa would be used a lot in our study so need something more comfortable. Directions were clear and assembly was easy.

i literally love this so much! took like 20 minutes to put together and it was super easy. its firm but comfortable enough for my preferences. i use this as my daily bed and with the back part down i can comfortably lay flat, but by the time i wake up in the morning, ive moved down a few inches and my feet are able to hang off the bed a little (for reference im 5'3). would definitely recommend if you sleep in a ball or youre just using it as a lounger. the pull out part perfectly fits against the sofa and theres no gap! color looks as shown in the pictures and the material is soft! i was worried the velvet might be itchy but its not! seems very sturdy but i feel like over time if i keep sitting on the pull out part, it might start to dip in but only time will tell! i dont use the plugs at all so i cant attest to how well they work. pockets are quite thin but i havent used them either. when i collapse it, i just throw all of my bedding stuff behind the back rest and its perfect! ... show more
