DON'T DO IT: RED FLAGS

Should have known when they called to confirm the order and said, "We have to verify because it's such a highly returned item." Got the package and the box was half falling apart with holes in it! Product was damaged and company charges you to return. Cost to return is more than half the cost of the product. Amazon refused to assist. Product dimentions are slilghtly smaller than advertised and there is almost NO cushion. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE for sitting and laying! Also, the pull out portion does not lay flat, it angles down. This little thing is SO awesome! The fabric is very soft and the cushions have the perfect amount of squish. I didn't realize the sides had pockets so that was really cool surprise. I did everything by myself and definitely broke a sweat, but it didn't take too terribly long, maybe 30 min. That, of course, is because of the instructions. There needs to be more words and explanation to the instructions. The bottom roll out part is still sitting on the ground even after put the legs on and I'm confused as to what I'm supposed to do to get it off the ground. But here's a run-down of my experience with this so far: Pros: - Super quick and easy to assemble (once you figure out what's happening) - Very soft & squishy - Equally soft and squishy pillows - Easy attachment of the sides (seriously, it just slides right into the little brackets on the sides) - Pockets!!! And they're decently sized, too - Can be assembled solo - Comes with a screwdriver Cons: - Instructions VERY unclear and lacking actual directions - Box was very flimsy and partially broken upon arrival (even the FedEx guy was commenting on how flimsy it was) - Mystery screws and wheels? Probably are supposed to be used for the pull-out part, but I can't for the life of my figure out where - Cannot be pushed up against a wall if you ever plan on using it as a bed. The backboard thing that flattens goes past the end of the base of the loveseat by several inches Overall, I say it's absolutely worth the money and trouble of figuring out what goes where. Maybe it's just me being dumb and not understanding it completely. I assembled this while sick and woozy so it might've been that. Idk. Very comfortable, soft, squishy. It fits the vibe I'm going for completely so I think I'll be keeping it, regardless if I figure out what to do with the pull-out part or not. ... show more

Came almost completely assembled. Instructions aren’t perfect (Where do these darn wheels attach? Was a common refrain). Looks good but not the best quality . The arm rest are very thin wood a you can feel the wood crack when you put pressure on it . Very hard so not very good for sleeping but sturdy to sit in . I use in a spare room .

Not worth the money!!!!!!

This futon is ridiculously small and not worth the money!!!!!! My husband and I literally started laughing after he put it together because we felt it was the size for a small child’s play furniture!!
