This is a good quality tuning fork but the tone does not last very long. I decided to buy another tuning fork at 528Hz but I made sure that it was made of aluminum. The tone on the aluminum fork lasted almost twice as long as the Onest steel one. Also, my energy field seem to respond to the aluminum fork more readily so the aluminum fork is the one I’ll be using.

I guess I overdramatized it in my mind. I thought you can use the pointy side to send vibrations into muscles. Nonetheless I love it, I use it everyday to cleanse my crystals. Great product!
