I received the Fender original Clip on Tuner for my Yamaha guitar yesterday. I a Martin upstairs and the Yamaha downstairs but only had one Tuner...so... yah, I'm lazy. This Fender Tuner is sweet. My biggest complaint about the old one is that it wasn't bright, got in the way when I was re-stringing the guitar, and didn't adjust well to a good viewing angle. The Fender tuner that I just received is low profile until you need it, then it folds up, swivels around, and has a nice bright screen. The actual tuning part of it is precise, and simple to use. I bought it on sale for around 17 bucks and just after I got it the price went up to 24. I would buy it again at 24, but if it drops to 17, buy 2 or 3. ... show more

This clip-on tuner gets the job done and is simple to operate. The accuracy is pretty spot-on compared to my corded Korg tuner. The Korg does fine when corded, but the mic for acoustic guitars is subpar - at best. That's where this Fender tuner came in for my Taylor GA3-12 fully acoustic 12-string guitar that I needed more accuracy with. Fender delivers with this tuner at the whopping price point of about $20! I would recommend it and will probably pick up a second one at some point. ... show more
