I am impressed o.n how quiet and effective this dehumidifier works. We use it in our basement . It works perfect 100 difference. It is easy to attacted the hose to empty or you can also empty the reserve. My basement has never been drier. I also used it to dry my carpets after I cleaned them. They were dry in no time. The value of this machine is worth it. The reserve tank hold alot of water it is light and easy to dump. I used the hose when I dried my carpets. It amazed me how fast and easy.

Came double boxed and well packaged. It was surprisingly heavier than I thought it would be. The dehumidifier was easy to set up and use. I love the timer feature as well as the setting modes. It runs fairly quiet. Has a hose attachment option in the back for continuous drainage or a fill tank that will alarm when full. The size is perfect to tuck in a corner or off to the side while using. Small enough to store in a closet when not in use. I deep cleaned my carpets with a carpet cleaner and ran the dehumidifier to help dry my carpet. It cut the drying time in half. I also used it in my laundry room to dry my hang dry clothes. Worked amazing

I am very satisfied with this Dehumidifier. I have it in my basement gym and I have noticed a huge difference from the time I plugged it in. The gym is no longer humid and you can smell the difference. I did not realize how it smelled musty until I let this run for a day. The dehumidifier is easy to empty, it is quiet since I can still watch television with no problem and I can move it if it is in my way, since it is on wheels. I am delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others. Heck, it even dries clothes.

I've only had this 2 days. I'm a dehumidifier veteran owner, so I'll share my experience. I have an unfinished damp basement that I run a dehumidifier in about 8 months out of the year. This one is the quietest I've ever owned. I don't even hear it run. Despite it being quiet, it is very effective pulling moisture from the air. It also uses less energy than any other machine I've ever owned. Those are strong selling points for me! The one negative I have is the catch bucket holds less than a gallon of water. Notice I didn't say about a gallon--it is less than a gallon. It's about 2/3 of a gallon, so I'm emptying this thing every 5 or 6 hours. Yikes! It comes with a hose (another benefit!), and I'll have to rig up something where I can empty it into a 5 gallon bucket or something similar. The buttons and icons on it are easy to figure out. For me, the rubber hits the road when it comes to longevity and we'll have to wait and see how many years it lasts. EDIT: after 2 months of continuous use, I continue to be impressed by this little machine. Attached is a picture of my setup. I have the dehumidifier on a chair draining into a 5 gallon bucket. I keep my basement at 50° humidity, and this dehumidifier pulls out about 5 gallons every 5 days. Again, after 2 months of use, this dehumidifier averages 3.2 kilowatt hours per day, and since it's summer, I have not turned it off. Quiet, efficient, and effective! That's a tough combination to beat!

I am using this to aid in the dehumidification of our very large basement that gets a lot of humidity. It is much quieter than the other dehumidifiers we have and it also came with a continuous drain tube which is convenient. It’s nice to use that directly into our basement drain instead of having to empty the bin every day. It’s great quality for the price, energy efficient, and even looks nice (see the picture of the top of the display). It’s compact size is great for where we have it placed.

The dehumidifier is smaller than I anticipated and the onboard water reservoir is quite small. I’m using the provided drain tube to discharge the water in a floor drain, so the small capacity isn’t a problem. The small capacity may be an advantage for some consumers who struggle with lifting heavy loads, but I think most will find it a bit frustrating. I ran a capacity test in a 1500 square foot basement at around 50% RH, the reservoir completely filled in approximately 9 hours. Regardless of the fan speed or other operating mode settings the dehumidifier consistently draws around 190 watts (as measured by an EcoFlow solar generator). Over the course of a week the basement humidity fell from the around 62% to 46% with continuous use. Now I’m running it a few hours each day to efficiently maintain comfort. The fan and compressor operate quietly and is unobtrusive.
