Absolutely love this couch. I did a lot of searching and comparing on various websites and narrowed it down to this couch based on cost and my needs. The detachable ottoman is great for small spaces as you can just store it away when it is not in use or you can use it to convert the couch into a bed. My partner is on the bigger side (350+ lbs) and he fits comfortably on the couch with enough room for our 30lb dog to lay beside him. Yes it does sink in a little when sitting on it but that's to be expected with any couch of this style. I see a lot of complaints about the height but the measurements are very accurate so make sure to check them before buying. Set up was really easy, but the box is heavy (around 90lbs) so you might need a second person to assist. I was able to drag the box into a bedroom and set it up on my own. Cup holders are great, I use them to store remotes. One of the cup holders did arrive broken but I contacted the seller and they were very quick to assist! Shipping was quick, took less than a week to arrive after ordering. Overall very satisfied!

you should know that this boneless chaise lounge is extremely comfortable and cushioned! it appears to be pet friendly, as i have shared my time in the chair with my furry friend and had no issues. it's almost too comfortable.. i find myself having a hard time getting up from this chair. also, the recommended amount of time to allow this chaise lounge to expand and reshape is like 96 hours. however, it took absolutely no time at all!!! i admittedly was sitting in chair the next day.. unfortunately, one of my cup holders came broken and upon reaching out to customer service, i found out that they're sold out of replacement cup holders. however, they were responsive, quick, and offered a refund for the cup holder that was broken. all in all, i would recommend this boneless chaise lounge!!

Spend the x-tra $$ this is VERY LOW-QUALITY. Plastic cup holders don't evan fit. Buy AMERICAN don't be foolish like me and try to save a couple bucks on CHEAP CHINESE CRAP
