Last year I purchased all the pieces I thought I would need to put together my first little irrigation system for a small planter based garden. It worked out well, but I wound up buying way more extra parts than I needed and because I was buying by the piece at a big box retail store, spent a fair amount for it then was necessary. Since I wanted to expand this to my patio plants this year, this kit looked like a good way to do that. As can be seen from the pictures, it comes with plenty of items for a small to medium sized patio full of plantings and such. I've only done a preliminary layout with this so far, as it is a little early in the season right now, but this certainly provides me with plenty of pieces to work with in a nice single kit price, without over spending on parts again. Appears to be very easy to use based on the little bit of trial I've done so far and a very good value kit.

This kit has a good assortment of fittings, connectors, and tubing at a good price. The big problem is that it comes with no instructions, so you either need to already know how to put everything together or you'll have to look it up elsewhere. If you buy this it expand your system there's no problem, but if not you'll need to do some research on your own. The site that the QR code labeled "User Guide" has only a proof of authenticity and a form to register your purchase for warranty purchases, no links to information on how to actually use what you've just bought. With that one caveat, I recommend this product.

I became heavily involved in irrigation systems for my small backyard last season and reviewed several related items here. This is a very good basic system, which would work well for hanging planters or small flowerpots. The best feature is the type of connectors provided. For anyone buying materials for a 1/4 inch (micro) irrigation system, my very strong recommendation is to completely steer clear of "barbed" connectors. These are the types of connectors sold universally at big box garden centers. Those are generally difficult to connect and it's nearly impossible to get a water-tight fit. The type included in this set are 'plug and play.' You cut the 1/4 line and simply insert each end into a connector. You can hear it click. This type of connector makes it very simple and is far more effective than barbed connectors. The emitters included in this set are adjustable and for most applications they'll be fine as long as you want the water localized in a specific spot. That's why they'll work great in 10" or 12" planters. For what you get this is a good buy: Recommended.

This arrived SO QUICKLY! Which is great, because it's already planting season. The other facet I love about this particular item is that it is a set that includes EVERYTHING, including really easy directions and instructions for how to put it all together. I haven't put together a drip season in years. I know it's easy, but having the reminders about where to put everything together and how to set it all up is very important for me now, just so I feel more comfortable that I'm doing it right. I'm showing some of the photos of instructions, too, so others can check that part out and know that it is included in the set. Helps me feel better about installing.

I chose this drip irrigation kit to run a line along side my raised bed planter. The kit has everything you need to complete the setup. If you need to soften up the drip tubing, just keep a bowl of hot water nearby and dunk the end into it. Once done assembling your line, simply screw the included 3/4" end onto your hose bibb and turn on your water. I added a separate irrigation timer and can now water on a schedule. Highly recommended, especially for Amazon's low listed selling price.

I will be using this drip irrigation system over the summer by attaching it to a gravity based rain barrel collection system. In the past I have used the "x gallons per a minute" type of drip emitter systems. They are very similar to this system but the to get the accurate amount of water per a minute requires a water supply of 60 pounds of pressure (standard house water pressure). However, when using a gravity fed system very rarely will you get that 60 pounds of pressure. That's why I selected this system. These adjustable misting nozzles can allow you to decide how much water per an hour you want to deliver. Simply connect the system, place a mister into a bucket, and let the system run. You can them measure how much water is delivered over a specific time frame and adjust the mister to either allow more or less water depending on your plants needs. With my gravity fed system it is unlikely that it will actually spray out a mist, but that's fine, all I need it to do is deliver the water via a drip or spray - it doesn't matter to my plants as long as they get the water they need. Save the earth, save money, and grow your own with the Landtouch 50ft Drip Irrigation Kit.

I highly recommend this if you have a lot of plants you need to water. this kit is package nicely with all the parts labeled and has no kinks in the tubing. testing it with a rain barrel with a spout at the bottom worked great, i can control the flow with the slow drip tips. no complaints and it works perfectly.
