Very Responsive Seller
I purchased this e-bike for my son, and he absolutely loves it. He's doing very well with it and enjoys riding it every chance he gets. Initially, I experienced a couple of issues during assembly. I was having trouble getting the seat to lock into place and the handlebars properly aligned. At one point, I was ready to return the e-bike, but I'm very glad I decided to contact the seller first. The seller responded quickly and provided clear instructions that helped resolve both issues. Their customer service was excellent and made the process much easier than I expected. I also thought the bike liner was missing. When I contacted the seller, they immediately offered two options: wait a couple of weeks for a replacement due to a backorder or receive a refund. I chose the refund, and it was issued without hesitation. A few days later, I discovered the liner had actually been tucked underneath the foam packaging that the e-bike was wrapped in. I reached out to the seller to let them know, as I felt it was the right thing to do. They were very appreciative of the update and did not ask for the refund to be returned. While I understand that experiences can vary, I wanted to share mine because the seller's responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive one.

Great bike and even better customer service!
The bike was exactly what i needed to get around! Even though i started to have some issues, the customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issues i needed. Friendly and very helpful! I would still recommend this bike as it's still worth every penny!

Unacceptable quality – broke after a few rides
After only 10 days and just a couple of rides, the handle broke from a small, minor fall. This is completely unacceptable for an e-bike and clearly shows very poor quality and durability. A product like this should be able to handle normal, everyday use without failing so easily. I contacted the seller while still within the return period, but the support I received was not helpful and did not resolve the issue. On top of that, I was charged around $114 for shipping and handling, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Overall, this feels like a waste of money. I would not recommend this product or seller.

Good value for money
Seems like it will be a good Ike. This was purchased for my niece to commute to work that is 3.7 miles each way. Seems you have to pedal a good bit to get up to speed. Definitely small so good for first timer and someone smaller like my niece that is 5’4” and weighs 112 pounds.

Customer service is exceptionally good and my friend loves his bike. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Well worth the price!
I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but I had to on this one. I was very skeptical about this ebike since the price is so low but WOW it's awesome. Easy to assemble, fast, feels very stable going down the road, comfortable seat. It even has 2 remotes with it in addition to the keys. The only thing it doesn't have that the listing mentioned is a speed display but that's ok. I'm very happy with it, I rode it for 2 and a half hours the first night I had it on throttle only mode, no pedal assist and the battery still had power when I was done.
