Es horrible, de muy mala calidad, mis frenos no sirven, demasiado insegura, ni siquiera tiene manual de instrucciones, vino con tornillos faltantes y con piezas que ni siquiera sé para que sirven, no acelera hasta 24 mph como dice en el anuncio, apenas llega con suerte a 15 mph, ni tampoco alcanza las 35 millas de rango que promete, a duras penas llega a 10, el precio es bajo comparado con la competencia pero la calidad es detestable rozando la linea de lo ilegal por la poca seguridad que ofrece diria yo, apreté cada una de las tuercas y tornillos lo mas fuerte que pude y aun así el manubrio se mueve de lugar en plena marcha, la cesta viene agarrada con belcro y a la primera que intente utilizarla sin hacer el mínimo de fuerza se salió la tira y quedó casi inutilizable y para hacerla compacta o tan siquiera sacar la bateria es extremadamente incomodo, hay que sacar el asiento, desatornillarlo y mas cosas para algo tan simple, el medidor de bateria tampoco sirve y ni siquiera marca la velocidad, la compré con el unico proposito de recorrer largas distancias a almenos 20 mph y no recorrí ni la mitad de lo que esperaba, pésima compra ... show more

My granddaughter loves it, when she can get grandpa off it! Perfect for her to cruise to her friends house! Had a problem with a damaged charger ( by delivery people) and they sent a new one right out and replied to my problem in less than 24hrs!

Trash….i fell the first time i road it because the handle bars and middle part is not lined up the way it suppose to be smh…im sending it back ASAP…I tried putting a bungee cord on it which I shouldn’t have to do…but yes it’s trash!
