If the problem persists, please contact seller from order details for more assistance. 3. The electrical system stops working suddenly. Contact seller directly by decribing details about the issue and providing videos. 4. The display is blinking or showing incompleted. Re-plug the cable that connects to the display. If the problem persists, please contact seller to replace the display. 5. The e-bike makes noises while riding. Add lubricant oil to the connection joint parts where noise comes out, then keep it for 20 minutes. If noise still comes out, please add more lubricant oil. If the problem persists, please contact seller from order details for more assistance.

I bought this bike for my 13 year old son. It got delivered 3 days early by FedEx safely. It was nearly all put together. All my son had to put together was putting the front wheel on, handlebars, kick stand and the headlight. It took him 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the headlight wouldn't turn on, but the turn signals, brake light and horn all worked attached to the same power source. I emailed the company listed in the instruction book. I got a response within 24 hours confirming my Amazon order number and address. They shipped a new headlight from overseas. It took 9 days to get here and it works just fine now! It's only been 2 weeks now, but everything is working fine. My son says the battery lasts a long time and he loves his new Ebike. If anything changes, I'll add an edit to this review. Edit: 2/4/26. We're not sure what happened but my son started getting an error code with a icon of a throttle on his Ebike. I emailed the company again and they gave me several troubleshooting ideas and videos. None worked, so they sent me a new throttle for free. It took about 10 days to get here (we also had bad weather delays here). My son just plugged the new throttle in and the error code cleared and the bike works like a charm again! Excellent customer service! ... show more

The bike setup was good in some places, but the manual didn't tell you how to install all parts like the pegs, rear light, and the kickstand. Was given a video from the seller that shows you how though The bike is very good on slopes and you can adjust your speed to your liking. If you go for the fastest, which is 5, it can reach top speeds of 31. Even faster if you continue to let it accelerate It's a bike you have to be careful though due to its high speed. Make sure you follow all traffic laws in ur country or place of stay and make sure you look out for incoming cars. Even when using a bike lane Highly recommend for people looking for a nice fast reliable e bike. Can also carry two people, but yhe weight combination has to be 330 ... show more

After three round trips the battery bracket screws snapped the product feels pretty cheap over all the headlight is pretty weak. I cannot in good faith recommend this product for safety and quality reasons.

I was very skeptical about e-bikes and how much they cost versus quality. I chose the 20’ 750w and i have to say i am impressed with the price point. The bike is quick and easy to ride even without power. Yes you can ride it when there is no power left or if you want to ride it while the battery charges. The battery came charged, but have just been lucky. The assembly was easy (90% of the bike is already assembled), it comes with basic tools so if you have your own (i didnt have my tools with me) you can cut down assembly from 40ish minutes to 30ish minutes (i was also taking my time and explaining what i was doing to my son)…I was curious about working directly with the seller with questions or any concerns and they reply within 24hours on the amazon app. 1 star alone came from the communication with the seller, the bike its self is high quality, and is very durable, and fully assembled fits in the back of a 2025 blazer with the seats down. This thing goes 50mph!!! It’s super Nice! Even has blinker turn signals on the back near the break light. I want one for my birthday. The only thing I wish it had was a battery charging indicator light on the actual battery and not the block where the charge comes from. Took way less than 9 hours on the initial charge. I’ve charged it two other times since. It doesn’t seem to lose battery power/charge when not charged over night. My son is 11 years old, will be 12 in February, and is 5’2 and it fits him great. He’s fallen twice already so of course the upholstery is ripped already.. but hey it is what it is. For size purposes I submitted a photo of my 46 year old 5’11 adult brother sitting on it. ... show more
