I have had this bike for about one month now and have put just over 200 miles on it. The bike is well built and relatively easy to complete the assembly. I typically ride with just the rear motor on. Although I have tried the dual motor system, I just haven’t had a need for the front motor in my typical ride. I am 6 feet and 230 pounds, and with both motors on and bike in the highest speed, I was able to go 45 miles per hour, which was quite impressive. I typically ride in the pedal assist mode, with the rear motor in 2nd speed, and the bike in 5th or 6th gear. With this setting, it will go around 18 mph and will easily assist on inclines. With this set up, I am getting 50 miles per charge. It just makes riding more enjoyable by assisting. I go 15 miles, three days a week, so I only need to charge once a week. It is nice to know that if I just wanted to go out and have some fun at higher speeds, this bike can handle this also. I do not regret this purchase and I plan on getting a lot of use out of it. ... show more

Ok this was my first Ebike so maybe I don't have much to compare it to, but WOW! I am so impressed with these. I took it out last weekend for about 40 miles. The dual motors are absolute beasts. I would imagine that 99% of the time I will only use one motor. It's more than enough power. But for that 1% when I'm going to need both, they will be there. I'm dual motor mode, the front tire will spin on takeoff. This thing is built like a tank. The only part I had any concerns about where the fenders. They could be secured a little better and one of the front fever mounting holes has a problem. The screw was cross threaded or something. I had to use vise grips to get it out and I'll have to retap the hole. But everything else was perfect on this bike and the second one I ordered. The white is actually a cool color and looks baby blue at times and white other times. The black is great too. I added a mirror and a rear cargo cooler. I can't say much for distance yet but I think with my 240 lbs I will likely get over 50 miles off distance off road. On the road I have gotten this to 42 miles per hour. Over all I love it and I'm looking for additional batteries now for long trips! For the guy below that says that there's no acceleration from a dead stop... That's not true. There's a setting in the programming menu where you can turn that off and on. ... show more

Was such an amazing bike for about 1 month then it stopped working. Been going back and forth with customer service for over a month now. They are very polite but not very understanding. My bike is under warranty. It should be replaced or refunded

Other than leaning over a little more than I like this bike is awesome! Powerful, fast and a smooth ride to top it off. The handlebar height can be fixed easily. Yes at 63 I've had this bike off road and had my mind blown. Traveling up hills I would have never thought I could pedal up. CRAZY FUN! DO IT! ... show more

This is the most powerful E bike that I've ever tried. Even worse, tower one and one motor it will climb steep hills. Putting it on power five with both motors it's just flies. It's scary actually. When it stopped working, an expensive part needed to be replaced and they shipped it out within a week. So customer support is very good as well. ... show more

I just got my bike and put it together. There were a few issues that there customer service took care of in just a few hours. I have to say this bike is very fast. I weigh 220 pounds and the bike got to 43 mph like nothing . If your looking for a good quality inexpensive bike this is the one.

The bike is fast, very fast, and has a lot of power, especially in dual motor mode. Unfortunately, the bike stopped working on the first camping trip. At first Inreceived error code 10 and 11, and the throttle stopped responding. Then the screen died all together. I was pretty disappointed as the bike seemed like it was going to meet my needs (but the reliability factor was a deal-breaker). If you have a bike intended for mountain trekking and camping, it needs to be absolutely reliable for getting you out of the wilderness. ... show more
