The video on You-Tube helped a lot plus the owner's manual is very informative. I bought the 26-inch EB7 Pro. The bracket for the fender was for the 24-inch model so I couldn't put the front fender on. I emailed customer support, and they got back to me within hours. They shipped the correct bracket to me, and I received it within a week. Customer support is excellent, and they have their own website to order parts and accessories. I am really enjoying my e-bycco bike. It was easy to assemble and is easy to operate. The bike is solidly built. On my commute to work, I reach peak speeds just under 40mph! (with both motors running) The bike handles the speed very well, and never feels unsafe. I have an 8 mile commute to work riding on a country highway and it is a pleasure. Customer service is fantastic. There is a small metal guard that protects the derailer. It did it's job, as my box was damaged in shipping. The guard got bent, and prevented the bike from shifting beyond second gear. I emailed the company, they requested a picture, diagnosed the problem. I removed the guard and the bike shifted perfectly. Then sent a new guard with I have already reinstalled and everything is great. The only "wish" I have for this bike is an integrated tail light with brake lights instead of just having a reflector. However, my bike helmets has illumination and turn signals and that solves that issue for me. Thanks for a great bike! ... show more

I'm 2 huting seasons in and the bike has preformed way beyond my expectations. With over 100 miles of muddy, wet, extremely rough terrain, I could not have asked for more. Battery life is good. Tubes in tires were updated to a gel filled tube plus a puncture liner for the rough terrian (this was done right away). The rear suspension was ok, but due to such rough trails, I added a suspension seat. The bike is not for short people and if your under 5' 9" don't bother. I did freeze the 1 wheel/2 wheel drive button after a 38 degree rain and over night temp of 20 degrees. As soon as it warmed up, function of the switch return. What I liked: It was pretty simple to put together using the installation video. The electronics worked and was pretty fast (Im 6'4"/215lbs). The value is definitely there. What I didn't like: Although no issues with the front tire, the rear tire blew out at 15 PSI when I was pumping it up. I checked the tire carefully for pinches etc before I started but I think I just got a bad tube. The second thing is I noticed the rear disc brake isn't true. There's a huge wobble when i rotate the rear tire so I had to disconnect the disc brake because it was scrapping hard every rotation. Which brings me to the rear wheel. Your mileage may vary but my bike it was in wedged in the frame. I have two other regular bikes (non-ebikes) and never had to use much strength to get them out. This ebike one is insane. I almost gave up until someone on youtube used a rubber mallet to get it off. I was very cautious as I didn't want to break anything. It took almost an as long to build the bike as it did to get the rear wheel off. It sucked so bad, I really hate it because I'll need to get it off if i have to do maintenance or change the tube again. I tried to go through the company but was sent to Amazon customer service and they said I could send the bike back. It's too much hassle for me and I really want the bike so I bought some tubes and will need to get a disc brake. My only concern is getting the rear wheel off and on. TLDR: Runs great even with one brake! Came with bad rear tube ($15) and bent rear disc brake ($?) ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: its a fairly new type of ebike, a dual motor Build quality: the evolution of bicycle engineering is done with a quality components eficient it not hard its just heavy the battery and the big electric motors otherwise is iseasy Smooth ride: well the size 26 is liike my 29 mountain bike i am 6 feet 230 lbs and the exceleration can kick up gravel its going to wear these tires out. Functionality: i live at the foot of the steepest mountains in the rockies pikes peak and the hydraulic disk brakes are the best system for this vehicle Battery life: no worries the mfg is samsung so it is what it is. Comfort: bike will not set in the rack on the transit bus bike holder but it will fit in the luggage compartment of a bus liner ie greyhound ... show more

The bike arrived well packed except for the front wheel. It was crammed onto the left crank so hard that it damaged the crank and scratched the rim. I got the extended neck model and it is a huge bike, well built, and heavy. I will update the review once I ride it. Update: I sent the seller an email and they sent me a new crank. Great customer service! This bike is extremely fast, my top speed down a slight hill was fifty miles per hour. In two wheel drive and on high speed, the bike will break the front tire loose from a dead stop. I immediately noticed a bad rattle in the control box. I removed the cover and discovered that the silver controller was dangling by the wires with no connection to the box. I screwed a large zip tie into the back of the box and added some foam, and now there is no rattle. See pictures. The suspension does not have a lot of travel, but it's perfect for the road and gravel. I am 6ft 3 and 200 lbs. I give this bike 5 stars. Do not hesitate, you will love it! ... show more
