Really like the bike it’s quick and has good climbing power. Though the bike was delivered with issues. One being that the front power cable was faulty and secondly a few missing screws mainly for the rack. Customer service was quick to respond and found a solution. They sent me an extra controller and power cable even though it was only the cable they wanted to ensure the problem would be fixed. They presented even better customer care by refunding a good amount as I did need to service the bike myself and it’s no easy task running the cable from controller up frame to mounting point. I was disappointed that a new bike had issues out of box but there customer support more than made up for it. ... show more

If something is too good to be true, it is. I should have done more research before buying this bike, but I did not come across any seriously negative reviews until it was too late following my purchase. The bike is absolutely problem-plagued; while frame is very sturdy and the brushless motors work fairly well, the tire innertubes got punctured easily and required expensive replacement with thorn resistant ones. The controller started failing after a little more than a month and a replacement that I ordered from company still has not been sent to me. The controller also is in a very difficult to access part on the bike. Minor but annoyingly, the rearview mirrors are too loose and cannot be tightened up to keep them from flopping all around, so I wound up taking them off all together. The only good thing is that the seat and shock absorbers make for a comfortable ride. The other issue is the bike does not meet the 52 mph speed the company claims, even when using maximum speed mode. The best I could manage on level ground was ~40 mph and pedaling as hard as I could. The range unless the bike is operated at speed 2 or 3 is far below the advertised 40-80 miles. The instruction booklet is marginal, poor English translation work and vague photos made for some guesswork with the handlebar and front tire assembly. Luckily, I found the videos for the bike, along with having experience with working on other ebikes, and was able to figure things out. The customer service cannot be reached and attempts to scan in the code for the warranty registration failed many times. ... show more

They are prompt when it comes to giving customer service. They usually answer the question and help with diagnosis if there's a problem . I do enjoy riding the bike I had an issue with the front wheel not driving and unplugged it and plugged it back in and everything was fine

    • Caveat Emptor -Does not go over 30mph.
Caveat Emptor - The last product I will be buying from Amazon for a little while. Instructions on assembly are unclear and confusing, the spot welding on the frame looks awful in real life and the bike will not top out past 30 mph unlike the 54 mph that is advertised in the thumbnail for this product. The ONLY reason I am not demanding a refund for this abysmal disappointment is because I do not want to be forced to pack up this incredibly heavy and bulky object, transport it to the UPS Store and then pay another $300 in shipping to have it returned.
