Seller sent me a brand new heater. We have been using it for a little over a week with no issues. Working great and looks great. worked for a day when we got it then would no longer let us adjust the temp. It shows 8.5 and won't shut the heat off and heat coming out is super-hot. Got this response from the company Turn on the heating switch, short press to adjust to display H1; 2. Long press 3S to display 62; 3. At this time, you can choose to add or subtract the temperature. 1st off why would I even need to do something like this to make it work 2nd I dont even know what they are talking about because I can't even find anything on it that flashes or says H1 or 3S. I unplugged the unit, and it worked fine for a week and now back to not letting us adjust the temp and the heat won't shut off and is so hot! I had to unplug it again but its won't even work this time just went back to showing 8.5.
