Overall I like the product, it seems to be just as it is described. I like the features and your ability to adjust flame color and speed. The toughest part about the installation was cutting and framing out the wall for preparation of insert. The only thing that I did not like was they only provided, mounting holes on back of unit. It would be convenient if there was a little versatility, maybe a hole or 2 on the side. But overall it's a good product specially for the price. And the best part is that MY WIFE IS HAPPY LOL! Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do

Love the modern look and colors Great value for the money. The heat is subtle but I was looking for the "look" rather than for heating purposes. Comes with a remote and multiple colors (purple, green, pink, blue, yellow..etc) we added lighting to TV to match them of fireplace.
