This press is terrible. I have pressed maybe 20-30 times with it and the whole thing is bowing out, it looks like the base is sunken down 4-7mm already. The whole thing has bending metal on different parts. The plates don’t even mate evenly. You have to put the puck in some random corner of the press to make it get as even of pressure as possible and even then it’s still very uneven. My pucks literally slip out from the uneven pressure. The temperature is literally 55+ degrees off, it is so inaccurate. I would say this press does not work. And I would follow that with saying it is a total rip off. Oh and the beep from changing the temperature is so so so loud. ... show more

this piece is perfect. I turned all of my big jars into little bitty jars and I love the product I get. it does tend to run a few degrees warmer than what I set it to, but that is easy to compensate for. I can press 7 g at a time no problem. I’m extremely happy with the price, and functionality.

I was ready to send it back because I didn’t understand how to set temp. It’s tricky. I didn’t put the feet on, really no need to. It squeezes down so effortlessly being five ton. This product is not bad for the price it will definitely work don’t apply to much pressure it looks like it’s gonna break when you first open it and the face plate is very cheaply made and when you apply pressure the machine starts to crack although I do believe it was just the paint I do hope the manufacturer continues to work on the design maybe reinforce the bottom part that the jack pushes on I returned the one I got I just felt it was a bit unsafe looking and will invest in a better machine in the future ... show more
