Based on our experience, we recommend that your setting temperature start at 180 ℉; Then wait for the temperature to rise. You do not need to set the time. The convenient adjustment knob can quickly maximize the separation distance of the heated plate; After reaching the set temperature, use the pump handle to compact the content you need to make. Two steel bearings are added at the bottom ,allow the machine to withstand greater pressure. You can easily rotate the knob by hand to release the pressure without using other tools.After the heat press is completed, the heating plate can be separated by rotating the release knob for one cycle at most.
