I wanted this as soon as I saw it for my X1C because it makes monitoring the progress of prints easily from across my office while I work on other things and it does not timeout like the X1C screen. The install was surprisingly quick and easy just following the instructions provided in the Wiki and I was able to get it connected to my wifi and bound to my X1C on the first try without any problems. For anyone concerned, the current Bambu Lab firmware does not interfere with this device at all, it is able to receive all the status information and does it in real time meaning that it changes just as quickly as the X1C's onboard display so there is no lag at all. I don't think I can call this a "must have" accessory, but it does improve functionality in my particular use case and for others that just want their printer to look cool, it does that too! My only criticism is that the wire routing in the instructions doesn't look great but does work, so I will likely be rerouting that wire my own way that conceals it better, but I do understand why the instructions are the way they are because their routing is very easy and foolproof for anyone to follow and will always work without causing any interference with any moving part of the printer or causing any warranty issues.

Panda Lux It’s bright and easy to install. However, the color temperature is much cooler than the OEM light, and its position interferes with overall reach. Panda Status It's a bit of a pain to access the cable channel on the X1C if you want clean cable management. Otherwise, it's pretty easy to install and set up. Internet connected accessories always make me wary, but it was actually pretty easy, and it's been reliable so far.

This light made a big difference in my Bambu Lab P1S. It was easy to install an put out a lot more light than the one that came with the printer. I have 2 P1S and installed this light in bought of them.

Just buy the led lights. Itd night and day literally. How poor the p1s bambu stock lamps are. These male everything bright and even with the dark tinted glass you can still see now! Perfect!

2 months in the wifi stopped working, i spend a week trying to get it to work but no luck. nothing change same wifi same machine same everything. contacted customer serivce, asked for a video and everything, i provided all the information they asked for, at the end offered me a coupon for %50 off to buy new one, code dont work and no answer and wont even replace a defective products. worst company ever. not sure how they in business if they cant honor there product. really upset. its not about the money i could buy new one but might do the same thing. also why would i buy new one with a company that cant stand behind there product. its only $35 not $3500.. customer serivce is a joke

It works great but what it needs is a rechargeable battery so the light can still work when power is turned off during nozzle swaps. as far as the designed functionality it’s excellent; it really lights up the printing space.
