I really like the hand rails on this ladder as they provide a little extra sense of security, the ladder itself is larger than most step ladders which I appreciate and seems to be of a sturdy build. It is easy to move around and folds up flat so it is easy to store as well. Overall I would and have recommended this ladder to others. I'm very pleased with it.

3 1/2 STARS - This ladder arrives with minor assembly required, I had to use the listing images to now how to achieve the assembly because there wasn't any directions. The assembly wasn't difficult, but directions would've been nice. This extra tall step ladder isn't as stable as you would want it to be when you're up on the top two steps...in fact, I wouldn't even step up to the top step unless I had someone there spotting me. It is nicely made with quality materials and the tool accessory slip and handle support is MY FAVORITE detail in the design for sure - a very nice touch!

I've never had good balance on a ladder and aging doesn't improve that. I feel much safer using a ladder with handrails and a fuller step. The wider step is what initially caught my attention as standing on a regular ladder for hours when painting or cleaning can be hard on your feet. This is much more comfortable. This ladder is sturdy, folds up and stores easily. The toolbag can hold your most used tools and saves a few trips up and down too,

This step ladder is sturdy, it’s pretty heavy as expected for the size. This is meant for tall jobs. It’s not super easy to use in smaller spaces simply because it has to stretch out quite a bit to unfold fully. Other than that it is an amazing value and comes with a storage slip for whatever you need for different jobs such as painting, wall hanging, etc. folds for easy storage.

As cool as a ladder can be! I've never had a ladder with handrails before but I really like them, as provide much more stability and ease of balance. It's worth noting that I've never had a ladder that required assembly before, either. With this one you have to assemble the handrails. Admittedly, it's not much of an assembly, taking just a a couple of minutes, but I thought I'd mention it. It. The construction of the ladder looks well built and solid. Since the steps themselves are also painted black, there will probably be some scuffing, but other than that I expect this to last a lifetime.
