This came a bit battered. So I had to hammer it a little to shape it so it would open smoothly. But once it was reshaped and ostensibly in original form, it’s an excellent value for the money. The top two drawers are huge and the file section is more than you’d expect for something so compact.

Had a situation with a loved one with progressive dementia that was getting into things they shouldn't, and this was just what was needed. The overall build and finish of the unit is very good and the size is just right for placement under a bathroom vanity. I noticed a number of complaints about not finding a Key with the product. I too had this issue and reported it to the manufacturer and had a response from them within an hour of my contact. The item comes double boxed and they informed me that the key would be found, taped to the outside of the inner box, which is just where I found it. Great response that resolved the only concern I had about the transaction. The unit has 3 drawers and the locking feature is perfect in that is is a little too complex for someone that has lost cognitive skill, but can be easily operated by care staff. Steel thickness of the cabinet is better than expected and should hold up well to minor bumps and dings. Overall this is a great purchase and one that I would make again or recommend to anyone looking to help those that care for our loved ones.

These are very small and please read the part about how to store the files. It's not a regular file cabinet width so it sux. The locks will get messed up and one of the cabinets didn't come with a key and yes I checked it completely all over underneath and everywhere. No key. Do not buy these unless you want smail storage. They were for sure not worth almost $100 each.

In fact it’s just about perfect. No dings nor dents nor scratches. One key was easy to find taped to the plastic packaging surrounding the cabinet inside the inner carton. All drawers move smoothly and quietly in and out. Included owner’s manual made setting the combination lock very easy. Casters work perfectly. I previously ordered a similar item that required me to install the casters. This unit with casters attached is much more convenient. I will confidently reorder when I need another such cabinet.

We ordered a few for our office. One was perfectly fine. The second one did not come with a key. I reached out to seller with no response. Thankfully our employee preferred the combination lock. The third (Photos attached) has some pretty visible signs that it was not put together properly. You CANNOT close the drawers and it takes a bit of force to open. I have reach out about the key, but have not heard anything in response. Think we will find new a different file cabinet the next few we need.

This cabinet arrived on time and is well packed. I LOVE that you can pull the drawers all the way out. It fits perfectly under my home desk and is narrow enough that I can still move my legs around underneath it. I think this will be perfect for what I need. This cabinet DOES have a key. You just have to look for it. It arrives double boxed and the key is taped on the top of the inner box.

Second item received but not in a good condition, without a key and lower drawer bend. looks like a return item they decided to send it to me. No quality at all, there is a friction between drawers that does not allow to close properly. all drawers opens together and supone to open one and lock the other twos.
