Be forewarned--these are high-waisted, if that's not your thing. They fit so nicely, don't ride up, and are cotton! I'm a size 14 - 16 pants with pear shape body, bought XL and they fit great. I am using them with a camisole for swimming because nylon bothers me and I could not find any cotton swimwear. These have a wider band at the top that make them feel like they will stay up perfectly

First off, these are incredibly comfortable underwear. Super happy about having them. That being said... I gave 4 stars merely because, for me, they just didn't work for my everyday underwear needs. They are too high up on my waist (About two inches above my belly button, but I could have a small torso), they show panty lines and they are somewhat thick and ride up when I put jeans on. However, as I said, they are super comfortable. I kept this pack to use as my period underwear for when I'm lounging.

I have a severe urine incontinence problem and I often leak onto my underwear and clothing, even using the thickest pads. These underwear keep the leaking inside the panty and the leaks do not bleed onto my clothing. Even though I bought an XXL, they were quite tight. I would suggest buy up a size. Also, I prefer waist-high underwear and they are not. Nevertheless, they do what they advertise. They truly are "leakproof."
