There are so many conversation sets to choose from. I admit buying sight unseen is a risk but thankful for reviews to assist in making decision. The chairs/sofa lean back just enough so you feel comfortable sitting as well as height for your head to rest a little. Truly love the swivel chairs and the height from the ground. The ottomans fit nice under table. The color blue is appealing as well as the gray brown wicker (looks modern) the end tables are a must which are perfect for sofa and chairs. These I ordered separately. I normally don’t write reviews but felt this set was worthy of leaving a review. Customer service was awesome, I was missing four screws for swivel base of chairs and they fed ex them. Shipping was fast!

These were nice looking and comfy with the extra deep cushions! Assembled in 2 hours, so not too bad. Rocker would not be the correct term to use. These DO NOT Rock...they are gliders so they have about 6 inches of ability to glide back and forth ONLY. No rocking at all! No tilt at all. You will always be sitting up straight...no leaning back even a little bit! They do turn 360 degrees which is nice. A good item for the price, but I was hoping they had a little rocking capability.

I purchased a six piece Belord Wicker Outdoor Furniture Patio Furniture Set and am extremely pleased with my purchase. The items were well packaged, and nothing was scratched or flawed. The furniture is very well-made and the cushions are nice and thick. With two people working on it, it took about three hours to assemble the six piece set. The instructions were very clear and all the necessary screws and tools were provided. I did encounter a problem with the delivery company but when I reached out to Amazon Seller Belord-US, they resolved the issue immediately. I highly recommend this patio set and the customer service provided by this seller.

We just finished putting it all together. A few mishaps in initial assembly of 1st chair. They're the hardest piece to assemble. It is easier to assemble with 2 people and an electric screw driver that you can fit the Allen bit provided by them into it. The one that come with the furniture is decent but it's faster to use your own screwdriver. Love the set and it is comfortable to sit in, or slouch as my husband likes to do. LOL Seat is firm and back pillow is soft. Our handicapped neighbor was leery of sitting on the Sofa but found it relatively easy to get in and out of it. Very sturdy. All pieces/parts arrived in good condition in 2 separate deliveries. The only piece missing was a cap for the end of one of the legs on the sofa. This piece is actually not part of the assembly process. So it had to have been missed at the factory. I have sent a message to the company to see if they can send me one. Would not stop me from ordering this set. Update: they sent me the part needed. Great customer service.

We are in love with our new patio furniture. The set up was easy with scanning the QR code and watching the video. I put the ottomans and the table together and my husband put the chairs together. The cushions are soft. The glider is smooth and turns easily. We are very pleased with this set.
