First the radio. For less than $100 It's a really nice radio. I'm no audiophile but it sounds great to me. Keep in mind it's installed in a 1995 Jeep Wrangler with only one set of upgraded but stock size dashboard speakers. Plenty of volume and the equalizer works great for fine tuning the sound. Touchscreen, CarPlay, and FM radio all work great. I like that it has a physical knob for volume and a push button to pause music so that I don't have to take my eyes off the road to find some tiny touch screen icon. For me and what I'm using it for the unit itself would be 5 stars. I deducted a star for several factors. The instruction (like most instructions for products not made in the USA) are merely adequate. That being said, if you can operate a smart phone you'll figure it out. Instructions for installation leave a lot to be desired and if you make a mistake you void the warranty. Also, the physical size of the chassis is just slightly wider than the single DIN radio it was replacing. The unique design of the touch screen means you can't install the radio and the put the trim piece over it like a traditional single DIN. For this application ('95 Wrangler) I widened the radio/heater trim panel hole by filing off about 1/8 inch of plastic on each end of the hole for the radio. This allowed the unit to tightly slide int the opening. I was going to try to find a way to mount the radio to the back of the trim piece but when I pushed it into place for a test fit I heard a click and the radio popped into place. I did the same to the other end and it was like it was made to do that! There are some slight bulges at the top and bottom of the radio chassis and they firmly held it in place. I finished up the wiring and put the trim piece back in place and it looks like it was made for the application. Overall, very happy with the purchase! ... show more
