Some of the labels were upside down. Look at the pictures for instructions and it should be fine. Otherwise you'll have bars on the opposite side and it's a pain with these screws/nuts.

I purchased this because I bought a new mattress that is 5" thicker than my previous mattress and now was too high because the box spring so this was purchased to replace it and it does the job perfectly. Item arrived earlier than expected, I was able to assemble it all by myself. My only gripe is the tools that it came with were the wrong size but as long as you have a socket wrench which most people should have, it shouldn't be a problem and be done within 15-20 minutes. It looks super sturdy, solid quality and isn't noisy once you put the mattress on it.
