Works as expected. However, I don’t like that the wands don’t have that clasp that holds the hair in place and I have to wear a glove and hold the hair around the wand, but that’s a personal preference. It heats up quickly and it’s easy to switch out wands. It’s got a super long cord which I like

Great value, but it does fall apart a fair amount in use which is scary since it's already hot. I have to constantly remember to make sure it's still in lock position. Also feel like the straightener tool doesn't work as well as other straighteners I've had in past.

Does not latch close properly. While using the wand curl the attachment came a part. It dropped down and burned my chest and arm significantly as I was curling the hair. The burn is 2 inches and wide spread. I do like the product itself, however the latch is now a safety concern for me. Please be mindful if you purchase this item.
