    • Broke in less than 1 month
This product broke on me within 1 month of use. I used it about once a week so about 4 times and then the on button stopped working. But then it would randomly turn on and off and I could not control it with the on and off botton. The charger no longer works and it was a complete waste. I reached out to see if I could get it replaced but because it was past the 1 month return window, I was not provided with options. When it was working it was nice but it never got a close enough shave, still left stubble on my legs, some of the other heads worked well but it took very long to remove the hair. It’s ok. I really don’t like where they put the on/off button, it right where your gripping thumb goes so it keeps turning off unit. You all need to more the switch to another area of the unit.

This is a great product. It gives a really close shave with multiple attachments for different areas of the body. The heads are easy to change and clean. The body of the razor feels nice in your hand and is comfortable to use. I thought it looked bulky in the picture but it is nice and slim. Not sure why women would want a nose hair trimmer, but it works well on the few hairs I have on my lip. I would love the creators to make an eyebrow trimmer head for this and the product would be complete. I would recommend this to anyone. ... show more

    • Very good unit, but NO CHARGING BLOCK.
Very good for shaving, no complaints there. Easy to use. But manufacturers SHOULD INCLUDE THE CHARGING BLOCK. My mother didn't have one and I had to spend extra money to get one for her. (She had several blocks for Samsung phones and tablets and gadgets and hearing aids of recent years to use, but they don't fit this shaver!) Hasn't been able to use the razor since she got it last week and I have to bring her a special charging block today. MANUFACTURERS, STOP NOT INCLUDING CHARGING BLOCKS. Even my Samsung A35, bought four months ago on Amazon, didn't have a charging block for this latest type of charger tech and the sell copy didn't mention it wasn't included. I had to run out and buy a new 30W block at the AT&T store for $35. Sell copy for any consumer tech item on Amazon should say: no charging block included. Buyer must provide. Don't make it an IQ test! Irritating to consumer, esp older consumers that aren't compulsive early adopters! ... show more
