Works great. No leaks. The plastic is thick and well made. We use the container when camping. It holds five gallons so when full it is heavy of course. Overall the price was right, the quality is good. I don't have problems cleaning it.

Paired this up with a Whale GP0550 Gusher® Galley Mk 3 foot pump under my kitchen sink and now have plenty of drinking water without having to run my Shurflow pump system at night or in the early morning. Keep the wife happy for a happy life!. With a strap mounted to the floor, it can be easily removed for a refill. For 2 people it goes a long way and I don't have to worry about the quality of water from my older freshwater tank or the water from a campsite hookup. ... show more

I spent a while looking for something like this and found very few options. I found this one and thought the price was way too high and I was scared off initially by some negative reviews. However, with limited other options (all worse in design in my opinion) and no better pricing elsewhere I eventually pulled the trigger and purchased this from Amazon. I’ve now used this on 3 trips now and love it. Initially it took a lot more effort to tighten the spout than I would have thought for plastic (being careful not to over tighten in and ruin it), but once I got it really tighten it is completely leak proof. It is super durable and we simply love it. I still think the price should have been much less, but at least I now feel like I have a quality product that will be with me for a long time. ... show more

Purchased two. Both leak. Tried "extra" gaskets that they came with. Old milk jugs work better. Save your money and pass on these.

This allowed us to bring potable water to a camp site that had no water. The adjustable spigot was great whether you wanted a little to wash your hands, or a lot to fill a pot! It didn’t leak, not even during a very long road trip. Very durable!
