This company was a great communicator and worked professionally to assist in my return. This ladder is Strong, Easy to Adjust, and the weight is not difficult to carry at all. For my specific purpose, it simply didn't fit over the extremely tight HVAC Closet and drip line pipe. I need several additional inches at the ladder foot to straddle the pipe. The company was attentive and offered alternatives. Very Satisfied and will definitely purchase from them again... and I highly Recommend Them! ... show more

    • Great idea, but I don't trust it fully!

The stability and sturdiness are what I question the most! Small jobs that require me to climb up to 6 feet...no problem. It's the job that's 8ft to 10 ft that I worry about....Will it hold me? Will it collapse all of a sudden? I'm not sure of the stability, that's why I give it 3 stars. Otherwise, it's light and portable wish I need and like. ... show more

The ladder is well made, light and easy to stow. Opening and closing the ladder is simple and the section locks are positive and secure - no sense that they will collapse. But the connections between tube sections remain loose when securely locked into position so the ladder wobbles when you stand on it. The side-side slop in the connections and relatively narrow foot print make the ladder tippy. Works, but must be used with great care. ... show more

When I opened the box the product appeared very sturdy. Upon first use the first step actually moved when I stepped on it so it is no longer parallel to the ground. See the attached photo. I weigh 220 lbs and it is rated at 330 lbs. I may be able to move it back in place but not confident it will stay secured. Returning to the seller is at my expense. They are in China so it likely will cost me too much given I only paid about $90 for it and I have to pay for shipping. I purchased this to carry in my RV. It is the perfect size so I am very disappointed with the issue I am having with it. I would not recommend this product given my experience with it so far and the return policy given the location of the seller. I will attempt to contact the seller but given some other reviews I think this will not resolve my issue. ... show more
