Really wish I would have recorded a video for this install. This review is being written 2 weeks after the install and have time to stress test it. Have been looking to replace a Tyger soft top cover installed in 2021. I have a 2021 Ford F-150 XLT with a 5.5 foot bed. A hard cover is something that's been on my checklist for a while and this one from XTWEEX looked pretty nice but with hardly any reviews I was very hesitant. I think when I purchased there were only 8 reviews, total gamble. Went ahead with the purchase and am so happy I did. This thing is solid! Was able to stand on it after the install. Not something I would recommend doing often but wanted to stress test the weight load. I'm about 195lbs and it held up for the 5 seconds I was on it. Shipping was good, had it in about a week. Came in one box, cleanly packaged. Took all the parts out in my driveway to prep for the install. A mistake I made that cost time on the install was that some of the parts, like the latches, are already assembled with the bolt assembly needed to lock them. I thought parts were missing and spent 20-30 minutes looking for unassembled parts. Once I figured out what was going with the parts, the install was smooth. Measured perfect on my truck. Latches lock down nice and tight. Tested at speeds up to 80mph and no rattling, shaking or movement. When I say this thing is solid it is like a part of my truck now. Like the truck was built with the bed cover on it. Went through several storms after the install and it was been rained on in my driveway and while driving at various speeds. Not a drop of water leaked into the bed area. Bone dry through all of it. Easy to open, fold back and strap in. Very well made. No regrets with this purchase. It is a quality product, looks awesome and installing should only take 30-60 minutes with 1 person if you are able to lift the bed cover by yourself. Thank you!

The cover was well-packaged and all needed parts were included, along with the only tool needed - a small wrench used to drive in screws used to attach the safety strap brackets. These brackets are used when the cover is fully folded open to secure the folded up cover panels in a stack. Regarding these brackets, they were not in the foam parts holder immediately evident when the box was opened, rather they were inside a small plastic bag taped to the cover near where the needed to be attached. Included in this bag was another smaller bag with the self-tapping screws and the wrench to be used with them to attach the brackets to the panel closest to the truck's cab. Due to the self-tapping nature of these screws and the small size of the wrench, attaching these brackets using pre-drilled but unthreaded holes was probably one of the more difficult steps in the installation process. All other clamps and brackets used to attach the cover to the top of the truck bed inner lip merely needed to be screwed onto swiveling t-bolts already in slots built into the underside of the cover and adjusted to the correct position via a knob (only on panel 1 nearest the cab end of the bed) or twirling the latches (for the other two panels with built in slots, panels 2 and 4) to a point where - when flipped - they securely engaged with the top inner truck bed lip to hold the cover on securely. A critical step is the initial positioning of the cover to get it centered correctly with the initial clamps tightened; if the panel closest to the cab is mis-placed, with the cover fully opened it may not align uniformly side to side and square with the tailgate. Something not mentioned in the online product description is actually an important additional safety feature - a cotter-style pin slipped into the latches on the panel nearest the tailgate to keep these latches closed in the event the latch somehow became jiggled loose (see pictures). Without these pins, if the latches released, the cover could possibly open while traveling and might fly off. I found the instructions to be clear with (mostly) clear diagrams. It probably took me half an hour to complete the installation after reading through the instructions and familiarizing myself with the parts. Although I haven't been through a carwash or rainstorm with the cover, the foam used at the cab end of the bed and the gaskets along the other edges of the cover seem quite sufficient to prevent leakage. I have driven at highway speeds and on fairly bumpy roads with it, and everything remained attached and secure as expected. All in all, I am very pleased with the XTWEEX quad fold hard tonneau cover and think it makes a solid, secure, and attractive addition to my 2023 Ford F-150 XLT. It'll also be nice to be able to use my truck bed as a giant locked trunk when going on trips! Edit: after both driving 30 minutes in a downpour AND taking my truck and cover through an automatic carwash, I can report that there were no leaks. One other thing, I added some lightweight chains to the cotter pins and secured the other end so that it will be much harder to lose them when unhooking them from their latches.

Nice, looks good and fits perfect on my Ford F150 crew cab truck. No problems with water. Clamps are plastic and hang down so I have to be careful with my big tool box that sides around. Easy to open and close. Easy to install with two people.

The item came in much earlier than was expected. It was well packaged. This was my first time looking into a hard trifold truck bed cover. I just got a 2025 F150 with a 5.5ft bed. Item had some weight to it (that is good). A relative of mine helped me install the bed cover and it took us a little over an hour. Aligning it is the most important step and we wanted to make sure it was aligned properly (bed of the truck seems to narrow a little bit as you go back towards the tailgate). The cover fits well and is snug on the sides of the bed and at the tailgate. Quality seems very well made (strong, sturdy, and joints well made and aligned). It can easily be taken off the truck bed and put back on when needed. It has as low of a profile as my soft bed cover I had on my old truck. I love the look of the bed cover. I haven't tested it for water resistance but I think it will keep the bed dry. It folds well (you just have to unlock the latches for each section). I am very pleased with it. I was apprehensive buying it online because I have never bought one before online. Great price and seems to have just as good if not better reviews than the more expensive brands. Online websites also had positive reviews and rating on this bed cover. I would certainly recommend buying it.

2020 F150 5.5ft bed, hard Tri-fold cover: Nice cover. Looks great and is easy to install (Took 30 min by myself). Once latched down, seems very secure. Shopped around and went through many reviews, so far this is a worthy purchase.
