This is a larger, robust dehumidifier. All dimensions and features are confirmed as described in the listing. My utilization is for the billiard parlor; I have a 75 gallon aquarium and need consistent humidity parameters for the pool table's cloth and rails. This unit is much larger than the one's I've utilized in the past, being much heavier but thus far my testing lends the feel that it is superior than the others. The fan moves more airflow and is slightly noisier, but the additional airflow lends for more moisture collection if necessary. There is also a large removable filter for simple maintenance/cleaning. There is a large display in the front to show the humidity percentage, which is nice for maintaining better metrics/records. I utilized the continuous humidification on the last unit but for this one will try out the automated option and will revisit this posting if it does not seem to keep up in similar fashion as the last one did. Thus far it is maintaining a 41% humidity level under automatic. There are also some nice features for drying smaller spaces or hanging wet items, which is nice. I won't utilize the timer functionality as my needs require constant regulation. Note: it is winter so there is usually less humidity to extract from the air so will need to revisit this posting during the wet months if necessary. If there is no update, then it has continued functioning as expected during this initial rating.

Very easy to install and set up. It is huge. Works instantly. Within an hour, humidity dropped by over 10 percent. Set the timer after a shower in an enclosed bathroom with no ventilation and is super humid, came back in an hour to see it working well. One thing is it omits hot air. So if the space is enclose it will get very warm. It adds warmth to the area when working . So many settings to consider when using. The manual is very helpful to discuss all these settings and uses that I didn’t even think of. It is not to heavy to transfer from room to room. It is a little noisy, but the fan has multiple speeds. It’s large so understandable.

We have an unfinished basement that seems to get very humid often. All the other machines I saw were double the price. This dehumidifier is rather silent which I appreciate and its easy to discard the water.

I am extremely happy with how well this dehumidifier works for my needs, I have had much smaller units in the past, but this one has a very generous 1.7-gallon reservoir that I only have to change 1 time a day, rather than every few hours like my routine with my small one became. There is also an optional drainage hose, but that doesn't work with my setup here at home, so I am not sure how well it works. The unit itself is very easy to read and understand, there are three colors that signify the dampness of the room, blue for slightly damp, green for comfortable, and red for damp. It got my small room to a comfortable level from red within 15 minutes, which I feel is very impressive. The unit itself is large and does take up more space than my desktop version as expected, but this one measure 22" high and requires a pretty decent vertical clearance above it, so just make sure you have appropriate space and can access the back of the unit easily. Overall, I believe this is an amazing price for the size of this unit, as well as how efficient it works for my needs, so I definitely recommend.

Pretty disappointed that I intended got this unit to run without needing to empty the tank. I set up the hose attachment but the water still falls into the reservoir. Super disappointed and had high hope for this. Waste of my time.

Nice dehumidifier for my grow room. It's been running nonstop for almost 6 months and still running smooth. Relatively quiet and easy to run just turn it on and make sure it's empty every few weeks. I wish it had an empty valve but still has a decent size tank. The water that it produces is ph neutral and distilled. Great for adding to my grow water. I plan on adding a little 1/4" pump with a float switch but it works great for now.

Makes it easy to drain with the drain hose. I don't need to lift it up and pour out the water. It's effective at remove the moisture from the air. After having some water issues, this dehumidifier works well without issues. In a large space, like an unfurnished basement, is where it works best. Now it's not a miracle worker. Even though it removes excess moisture, it doesn't remove all moisture. Leaving it there a few hours helps tremendously to remove the moisture. You can tell the difference...but it doesn't remove all of it. Maybe if it was left there for a few days, it would. But then I would think that there's moisture leaking into the room from another place.
