HI, I don't usually do reviews. But, I really like this little countertop ice maker. It's great! The nuggets are just the right size. Not too hard, can't explain it, the ice is kinda lite and chewy. Told the kids I was eating ice skittles. Easy to use. Quick too. I can get a full tray (about 6 scoops) in less than 60 minutes, maybe 45? I guess it makes some noise, it's not loud enough to bother me one way or the other. One button does it all - one quick tap to make ice and one short push to clean the machine. Easy to clean, cycle takes 15 minutes, dump the water (pull to edge of counter and open plug on bottom, let drain in small jug or bowl. Then, rinse, repeat twice and let air dry overnight and it's ready to go and go and go again the next day. Feel sturdy, solid, I'm thinking if the inside is built as good as the outside this will last a long time. very functional, very easy.

This is 2nd one I have purchased for son at college- we got 2 years outbid the first one that was used daily- when it started to go, it made a grinding noise and barely made any nuggets. Totally worth it though for the price- the ice quality is fantastic!

The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with the crushed ice this makes. The ice seems to last longer than any of the 5 other bullet tabletop ice machines I have owned. The texture is the best for chewing ice. I had to fill it twice the first time because I imagine some of it went towards priming the unit but now I fill once a day. The only con with this machine is it's so loiud. I hear it in the kitchen from my apartment living room , over the TV. It's bad.

This item was much smaller than expected but it was okay for the price so we kept it. After only having it a month, it’s super noisy and makes loud clanking noises consistently. It’s not just when it’s making ice but something else must be going on with it. It also will not make more ice as soon as the water is filled. I have to turn it off and back on to restart it to make more ice. Would not buy again. Unfortunately I can’t return it now because I’m past the return window.
