I am beyond frustrated with this chest freezer! I purchased this freezer less than a month ago, and it has already stopped working completely! I can’t believe all my food thawed out and spoiled. I lost over $200 worth of food – money that I absolutely do not have to throw away! To make matters worse, now I have to waste my time packaging this defective piece of junk and mailing it back to the seller. This is just unacceptable! I expected better quality and reliability. It’s incredibly disappointing that this product failed so quickly, and now I’m left not only with a ruined freezer but also with a huge hole in my budget.
