They're good quality knives and very sharp. A few people were taken by surprise about how sharp they were, and after so much use since I bought these, they have retained their edge. I just make sure the clean the knife after every use and make sure it's back in the block where it belongs. These knives are actually light making them easy to use and not strenuous on your hands. I wasn't expecting top quality and it's not but they work perfectly for what I wanted them for. Came nice and sharp. Had them for about a week now. Left one in the sink one night to wash the next day and it rusted. I was able to clean it off.
