Great quality, makes me take. Are of them and clean them right away. Cuts through tough,soft, fruits and vegetables and meat like butter. Be SUPER careful though on my first time cleaning them I managed to slice up my sponge and my finger when I dried them, I foolishly wiped too far in the opposite direction and caught my finger (went kinda deep). I highly recommend blotting or of course wiping AWAY from the blade and not haphazardly wipe around like me. They do take a bit but will get rust spots if water is left on them too long so you actually have to take of them. Got rid of my other knives and just use these, I actually look forward to prepping now.

These knives are excellent! Right out of the box they are razor sharp and pass the paper test (iykyk) The chefs knife cut flawlessly throw raw and cooked meat, the cleaver is super sharp and has a nice weight to it, and the others follow the same suit. These make an excellent addition to anyone's kitchen!
