These tools are used for terrarium building. They are very strong and not the weak plastic tools. The long tweezers will allow us to build terrariums in narrow necked vessels. This will allow our craft club to build terrariums in a variety of vessels. GREAT buy. Well worth the money.

This is a nice set of aquascaping tools at an affordable price. The scissors are a little uncomfortable due to the edges of the handle, but at the price, I can overlook a minor flaw. The tools have good reach and are easy to use. A good purchase for anyone getting into a planted aquarium hobby.

This is the straight forceps in my 5 gallon tank. It was useful as such as the other products it comes with. Such a great price and such good quality unlike the other items i was looking at. 4 for the price of one? YES PLEASE!

This aquascape kit is great for starting seeds indoors. I pour seeds into my palm and grab them with my fingers or tweezer, and then I drop them into seed starter packs. I can now reach into a seed packet with the long tweezers and grab the seeds. I love it. The tool that looks like a hoe is handy to pack or smooth the dirt in the starter packs. I use the scissors to snip the top off the starters when they get tall and leggy. These tools are heavy and sturdy which I really like. I think if these tools were marketed for seed starting as well as aquarium maintenance they would reach a lot more people. ... show more

Never had a set like this for my aquariums before – now I know what I was missing. Great for trimming and rooting plants, moving both live and fake plants, moving sand/gravel, picking up debris, or just about anything. The only one I haven't used is the algae scraper for algae scraping (I use a sponge pad for that). However, that same tool is great for fanning sand off of rocks and plants. I've had them about a month, used them multiple times each, never dry them with a towel, and there is absolutely no rust or staining. Highly recommended and an easy 5 star item. ... show more

This is a review for 4PCS Aquascape Tools Kit, LCCOWOT Stainless Steel Aquascaping Tools Include Long Aquarium Tweezers, Feeding Tongs, Aquarium Scissors, Aquarium Algae Scraper for Fish Tank, Cleaning Plant, Trimming I have used aquascaping tools by other companies in the past, and this is at least on par with those items. The scissors and tweezers are the items I used the most in my tank. The scissors felt good in my hand, and cut well. I have had some in the past that were loose, and sucked at cutting, but these far surpassed those. The tweezers are on par with the ones I got from Aquarium Co-op years ago, but cost much less. The triangle device they are calling an algae scraper, is good for leveling out the substrate, and I didn't even consider using it as a scraper, so I don't know how well it works for that. My snails and shrimp keep the algae under control in my tank. Overall, I am pleased with this. For the price of 7.99, it far surpasses more expensive items. ... show more
