These are just fine. I found nothing in these that could be made better, really.. a simple part that works well and is pretty hard to mess up. Set of 4 came in a box within an overpack box and so was protected from corners dings. C-Channel base fits perfectly into my stake pockets, and there are several holes for locking them into different pocket depths. Included are lockdown pins and their respective keeper pins. Large Dring easily fits 5/16" chain hooks and will for sure fit 3/8" chain hooks through them. Very nice to have the additional tie-down points without going 'outside the rail' or risking the sharp edge on the pocket itself.

...there was such a thing? Fantastic item. I bought a new trailer and was going to have D-rings welded on and ran across these. They were the perfect answer! Easy to slip in and secure. The cotter key is a bit light weight but will work. I like the adjustability in height but wish they were a complete square/rectangle as seen in the picture. They will rattle when not under load but I'll just remove them when not in use. Powder coating and welding is good for being made in China, country of origin is the only disappointment.
