I watched 20 to 30 videos on Youtube on ratings, and this one was a clear favorite of some many. I did some additional research and came to the conclusion after a few weeks of research that this was the unit to buy. After seeing it, I couldn't believe how nice this unit was, it looks as sharp as a 4K OLED TV outdoors! There's something special about watching a movie outdoors on an 80" screen in your backyard. My use case for this unit is to utilize it during camping trips. For me, there were 3 things I looked for, good video quality, is it fast enough to play video games on without any lag for an average gamer, can it autofocus so I don't have to spend anytime after turning it on, and is lastly, is it power efficient? It checked all these boxes. The first time I tested it, it was dark out at night, but I did have a bunch of random Halloween decorative lights on in the front yard, and it was still super bright. The wireless connectivity was SUPER easy to set up, the remote was great, and I even used a dongle to connect it to my iPhone 16 Pro and had zero issues streaming Netflix and other streaming channels straight to the projector. The value for money here was definitely a huge plus. I was initially looking for a small projector unit for camping trips. I did a bunch of research on those units and ultimately came to the conclusion that they were not worth it. At the end of the day, I was going to need a portable power station to power other items, and also in my case, I didn't care about size and weight since I was using it in a trailer. If I was backpacking and cared about size/weight/battery, then I'd probably not buy a projector at all for various reasons. Also, the nicest portable projector that you can buy, are only good for couple of movies on a single charge, which might be enough, but I wanted to have more flexibility. So at the end of the day, I bought an Anker SOLIX F2000 unit and this projector, with the Anker providing enough power for this unit and other camping gear such as a fridge. Again, high quality image which is super important. I would definitely buy this as a main source rather than buying an expensive TV if cost was an issue, otherwise, I do think OLED TVs are nicer than this, but for the outdoors, or casual gaming in an office, I think this is an amazing projector! Lastly, after seeing how clear this unit was, it really made me rethink having an OLED screen in the house and using this instead!

First impression was very good. I am a picture and sound enthusiast and I didn't want to spend that much money on a projector cause my main setup for movies is an 80" QLED 4k tv, I wasn't expecting that much as I only wanted a device that could play movies in my room from the comfort of my bed. However, this thing is awesome, colors are amazing for a projector that is 7 times cheaper than my tv, it could be a little more vibrant but still very good. Picture quality is very good, not 4k but it does a really good job. I was not expecting anything about the sound, good thing I didn't buy a sound bar as I wanted because the sound quality is surprisingly good. The only thing I didn't like is that the fan is kinda noisy, if the volume is lower than 25 percent you hear the fan more than the movie. But if you increase the volume you don't focus that much in the fan noise. If you want professional picture quality you won't find anything at this price, you may want to increase the budget. If you want a really good projector within this price range get it without hesitation. If you want professional audio quality you can get a sound bar. I will update, but so far, for me it is a 10/10 product. If you still have doubts you could check the YouTube channel "The hook up" he analizes this projector and compares it with similar products within price range. This one is clearly a winner. I forgot to mention the packaging, what an beautiful way to present a product. 10 points to the manufacturer.

Decided on this projector after watching a ton of reviews on youtube and they were right. this projector is awesome for the price. Very easy to set up, auto focuses and screen alignment (this can be adjusted manually in options as well). Size and weight was a little surprising to me, it is much beefier and higher quality than I was expecting. Functionality is perfect, ran HDMI from my Xbox and it worked right away. Connected to WiFi and all internal apps worked just as well as any other TV Streaming device. The projector does have a single attachment on the bottom for a tripod style mount, but I don't know how much I would trust that. The rubber feet are removable and has (4) standard bolt attachment points for mounting. Brightness and video quality is very good, does not need to be pitch black. We were able to see the screen just fine even with lights on, but obviously much better quality the darker the room is. I highly recommend this projector to anyone looking for a cheaper entry level setup.

I purchased this $240 ELEPHAS projector and was initially blown away by the sharpness, brightness, and general home theater experience. However, after putting some hours on it, a large yellow burn/stain developed right in the middle of the projected image, which became incredibly distracting. What really saved the entire experience was their after-sales support team. I reached out to their service email, and they were remarkably prompt, helpful, and hassle-free to deal with. They quickly fixed the hardware issue by with a brand new replacement unit and even went out of their way to offer a free 1-year extended warranty to give me peace of mind moving forward. While the display defect was a bummer, finding a company that actually stands by their product and treats their customers this well is rare. Highly recommended based on the stellar customer care!

This is the best projector I have ever used. Definitely the best for under 700$. Not only is it very reasonably priced, but the color, brightness, sharpness and streaming options are all solid! It’s versatile for indoors for a home theatre, our outside for a get together. (I’ve used it both ways) It has auto focus and auto keystone, a shift and zoom as well so you don’t have the be 100% straight on to get a good image. It’s plenty bright to watch indoors with lamps on. Evening time watching outdoors as well. I’ve projected it across a 150” screen, an indoor 120” motorized screen, and on the side of a large white building. It was clearly visible on all the applications. I had an issue after using it daily for 11 months. I contacted elephas support and they not only had me send mine in with free shipping, but they rush 1day shipped me a completely new unit to replace mine that had a yellowing issue after a brown out at my home during a thunder storm. The support was incredible and I cannot recommend them enough. This product is solid. The new unit had new firmware allowing more streaming options including Disney plus and Apple TV. Adding a TON of functionality. The unit is a very reasonable weight. The unit is quick on WiFi with streaming and the built in speakers are perfectly fine. But with how good the picture is, I recommend a large Bluetooth speaker to live up to the experience. The WK1 is an amazing projector! And it’s a great price. Can’t beat it!

I am pretty stoked about this projector. I have only had it briefly but it has left a huge impression on me. Let me start off by saying that I am a home-theater buff. I love it but don't have the money to be turning a room in my home into a $10,000+ dedicated home theater. I have been building my components for almost a decade and am finally fairly happy with what I have now. Up until recently I have been using a high end 75 inch 4K TV along with an 7.2.4 AVR setup and have been happy with the results. Despite this I have always felt like something was missing. The picture quality of the TV is exceptional and the sound system is amazing. Still, there was just something that I hadn't been able to put my finger on. I have a somewhat ghetto home theater setup in my basement. It shares the space with my fitness equipment. That space has a ceiling mounted projector and a 100 inch screen that I put together 5 or 6 years ago. I was always amazed at how immersive that large of a screen looked but the rest of the room left a lot to be desired. I recently added height speakers to my living room receiver setup instead of the up-firing ones I had been using previously. Because the significant other said "no more holes in the walls" I was left to come up with a creative solution for height speakers. The by-product of this was I had a setup where I could mount a full-sized projection screen in front of my tv. It is manual pull-down screen for now but I may invest in something more permanent and more expensive in the future. I currently have four projectors now that I added this Elephas unit to the mix. My first was an Artlii projector which was decent for when I bought it and has served me well in the basement over the last 6 years. The picture quality was solid but the noise level of the fan is fairly high. I also snagged an Epson projector from a local high school that was selling them off after a tech upgrade. The epson is incredibly bright but the resolution is somewhere between 720 and 1080 p and it doesn't work with my receiver for some reason. I also purchased a Mirroir Pro 810 projector a couple of months ago that I have been tinkering with. I loved some of the more modern features on it (automatic keystone, smart features, etc...) but for my specific application/setup it just wasn't giving me the wow factor visually. Enter the Elephas W1K. I watch Youtube all of the time and watched a comparative review of current Amazon projectors under $500. I highly recommend his channel (The Hook Up). He did extensive testing of everything that these projectors have to offer from picture quality (which the Elephas won even against models costing twice as much), functionality, smart features, power consumptions, etc.... So, wanting a better overall visual experience I ordered it. I knew that if it didn't live up to the hype I could always return it since it is Amazon after all. It lives up to the hype. It is super easy to setup and connect all of your favorite streaming apps. Everything is very responsive. Of course I am not really using any of the built-in smart features as I have it connected to my AVR. Still I set them up anyway just for peace of mind. I am really blown away by the picture quality. The room I have the setup in can be light-controlled to an extent as I have blackout curtains but light does leak into the room as it is an open room on two sides. Still the picture quality is very impressive even in a moderately lit room. In complete darkness the picture is almost identical to my $1500 tv. The colors are great and I do not miss the 4k resolution since the image is so large and immersive (actual screen size with this setup is around 95 inches). I have yet to run into anything negative with this projector and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for exceptional performance at a relatively low price point. Edit: Just a quick edit. I purchased an inexpensive 120 inch ALR screen to try with this projector. Oh My! I loved this projector before but with the ALR screen the visuals are beyond stunning with one caveat. You need to be perfectly centered in your seating position with the screen. If you aren’t then there is quite a notable drop off in visual performance. But, again, if you are centered, the visual experience is like nothing I have ever experienced even from the more expensive TVs. Super bright, Balanced but impressive contrast and the colors pop without being overly saturated. The video attached to this review is with the standard screen. The pictures are with the ALR screen.

I am incredibly impressed with this ELEPHAS projector. The 3000 ANSI Lumens are the real deal—the picture is bright, vibrant, and clear even with some ambient light in the room, making it awesome for backyard movie nights. The biggest selling point for me is the built-in smart platform. Unlike other projectors that require a Fire Stick, this has native, licensed Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video built right in. It connected to my Wi-Fi instantly, and the Bluetooth paired seamlessly with my external soundbar. Setup is a breeze thanks to the auto-focus and auto-keystone correction; you just turn it on, and it perfectly aligns itself. While it downscales 4K content to a native 1080p output, the picture quality is still crisp with zero edge blur. If you want an all-in-one, portable home cinema that doesn't require a web of cords, this is worth every penny!
