With brilliant and detail colors, easy instructions for the plug-n-play setup along with easy operation makes is smooth to use. Of course, as a technician I tried many other systems. However, the cost effectiveness vs quality along with many other perks, such as person to person and the new Human Detection capabilities makes it fascinating to both operate and to use. Although I linked it up to my cell phones I enjoy having a separate TV monitor or my main TV to view all 8 cameras at any time day or night. I notice that the Camera body when adjusting to the exterior wall has a one screw adjuster which a bit different from the earlier models-this is very convenient. These guys are really integrating Ai in their systems and I am just lovely. I’m sticking with Hiseeu as long as they continue to make great systems like these. ... show more

Get product and even better customer service. Product was easy to install and the App is pretty easy to use. I had a few questions that were addressed with customer service and they answered within 24 hours and were able to walk me through everything. Fraud. Run away! Cameras screech noise outside, day and night. They do not record. Viewing on smart TV, there is No Color, cameras show only low-grade Black and grey. Horrible system. It does not come with an app for recording, viewing, or playback. We returned it. Beware, sleazy Hiseeu company delayed THREE MONTHS and dragged their feet, refused to let us return this piece of junk. ... show more

    • Decent buy if just for monitoring.
The media could not be loaded. Good buy for a crunch... quality is nice, the talk feature great. HOWEVER, a big down side is the image in motion drags, so it looks like a phantom, you not seeing the person or thing like cat etc as a whole moving, without it's ghost person trailing. For that I would look into another system in the future. Unless they're a feature or option I'd have to tweak that could also be too. The playback time is great i believe it's a month, my other was only 2 weeks. Oh yeah, and even you zoom in the pixels keep moving/ changing as the seconds pass. ... show more

Honestly, I didn't think it would be such a good surveillance system. The manual is very clear with the instructions, so please read the manual before assuming you know everything. The image quality is very clear and everything is very user-friendly. By the way, I live in Alaska and the cameras have never failed, even at -40°F. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great deal. I had never heard of Hiseea before this purchase. The 4k cameras are great. This set has not only 8 but you get a little more cable compared to others. 60ft cables seems normal when you shop around. This came with four 100ft cables and four 60ft cables. This set has an extra TB of storage for a total of 3TB. Family got their cameras for $100 each. $800 camera total. Still needed storage. I got this set around $400 including the hard drive storage. It clicked a bit but now is normal and passed the tests on software. Email support has been helpful and gave me some troubleshooting tips. I didn’t do cuz it’s ok now. Nice being able to pay with Affirm. Easy monthly payments make this already affordable price an even better deal. Play with the software. Be sure to start local recording after plugging in each camera . Left click and a menu pops up. You’ll find it there. That and instant playback. Also zoom. Use scroll wheel to zoom easier. OSD is on screen display to name camera. Video shows zoom and then I did an instant playback to see vehicle pass by again. I left white light on in smart illumination. Puts on small lights and nighttime has color. I like it better than the normal green grey look. ... show more
