Hiseeu is more than you expect
This is the third security camera system I have owned in as many houses. The HISEEU system is by far the best system. The color night vision is exceptionally bright and clear the colors are amazing and the human tracking feature is awesome, after tracking the camera returns to its original position. The interface is easy to use, no jumping through hoops to get it up and running. When it arrived one camera did not work correctly, probably damaged in shipment. I contacted their customer service and had a new camera delivered to my door two days later. Don’t believe the bad reviews.

Excellent Camera System - Great Value for the Price
Color: Green POE Camera System
Excellent Camera System - Great Value for the Price Review: I've been using the Hiseeu camera system for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with the performance. The image quality is sharp, even at night, and the setup was quick and easy. The mobile app works well and gives me peace of mind when I'm not home. The two-way audio is a great feature, and the motion detection alerts are accurate. For the price, this system is a great deal. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable home security solution.

The system works as advertized.
Color: Brown POE Camera System
These cameras are great! They are pan and tilt with software zoom. The image quality is very good. I was able to replace the 2 TB HD for an 8 TB without a problem. The phone app is very good as well. So far, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Good cams, decent DVR, but don't use the supplied ethernet cables
Cameras so far are great. DVR is ok and decent, but is missing some features such as image mirroring and also missing a shutdown option which is important for maintenance so you don't destroy the HDD when pulling the power. The only other complaint is their ethernet cable is junk, don't use them it will cause you issues with the cameras. I used 3 at first part of the install and had to redo all 3 with my own cat5e. That said, the price is good enough that if the DVR software features were fixed, I'd go ahead with 5stars despite the cables being junk.

Color: Green POE Camera System
The camera system delivers sharp, high-quality images with accurate color reproduction and reliable low-light performance. Its wide-angle coverage ensures excellent visibility, while motion detection and smart alerts provide timely notifications. The mobile app is intuitive, making remote monitoring simple and accessible. Setup is straightforward, and cloud storage options add flexibility, though subscription costs may be a drawback. Overall, this system strikes a solid balance between performance, usability, and value, making it a dependable choice for home or small business security.

$500 PIECE OF JUNK
Color: Green POE Camera System
I made the stupid mistake of buying this product. I ordered in May but I wasnt able to install it until some people stole 2K worth of tools from my shed on September, from the beginning I was having issues, one camera will take time to connect or it wont connect at all, then today I realized that my cameras were not recording, I checked it out and it says there is no hard drive, well immediately try contacting customer support, which they never pick up, so I had to chat with someone, well that person ask me which plug I was using, which Im using the one provided, then they wanted me to open the systems and check the hard drive, sending me videos as to how, why would I want to do all that? I didnt spend money to play technician!! and all this was while I was ask to send pictures of the setting etc etc, at the end they said it must be the hard drive! the HARD DRIVE MALFUNCTION IN 2 WEEKS! now I have to wait for them to send me, not a new system, no, just a new hard drive that I will have to install myself, what a piece of junk, I swear if I could return this I will do it in a heartbeat and purchase something better, I feel ripped off

Hiseeu 4k POE camera system
Hello people, I would like to relay my experience with a Hiseeu product. On Christmas day of 2024 my wife gave me a Hiseeu H5NVR-P16A bundle (POE NVR with 8 PTZ 4K/5MP cameras and 3T HDD) for a present. It was to replace an aged “OWL” system that was fading fast. About a week after Christmas, I unboxed it, set it up and tested it on the kitchen table. It worked perfectly and it was very well packaged, a tribute to the manufacture. Even though the manual that came with it was easy to read and very clear, I decided to use the informative and easy to understand “wizard” in setting it up. I changed the factory default password to mine, repackaged it and set it aside. It was cold and rainy out and not a good time to set it up outside. It was the end of February that I found warm enough days to start installing it. This was the first time I had had anything to do with POE and PTZ systems and can’t really compare it to others but the NVR and cameras impressed me with their quality of build. At the start of the installation is when the horror set in. I had forgotten my password. How am I going to get back in to the system? I went to the Hiseeu web site and used the chat option to get in touch with “Johnny” who worked for a total of about 4 hours to get me back in to no avail. He then kicked me up to “Jane” who explained it all again, and then to “Rus” who tried diligently also, with no luck. All of their instructions were very clear and correct explaining to download the app in the manual and proceed from there, (They were kind, I found this out by reading the manual again more closer). I then started thinking about it and discovered that I had downloaded the wrong app. I downloaded the right app and the rest of the procedure got me back in and can now use the system. I have to commend Hiseeu’s support they are the best and their system in exceptional. It is clear, does every thing as advertised, and has all the bells and whistles. Kudos to Hiseeu for their great support and product. L Nelson
