Doesn't really work. No customer service. I think they will keep charging me for my monthly data, it's worked 2 times since I got it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Now, I don't know how to rectify the monthly charge. I guess through my bank. Hopefully, they can fix it.

This has been a nice “carry it and forget it” solution. It’s compact, light, and doesn’t take up space next to all the other stuff in my bag. Setup felt refreshingly minimal. There wasn’t that annoying process of hunting down extra parts or jumping through hoops before you can use it. Once it’s on, you can connect like you would to any WiFi network. I also like that it can share the connection with multiple devices, because I’ll usually have a phone and laptop going at the same time. Performance-wise, it feels consistent. I’ve used it for video meetings and regular browsing, and it kept things smooth enough that I didn’t have to keep checking if I got kicked off.

Avoid. We tried using this for an apartment showing. It has very low power and could not connect to devices in a 1100 sf apartment. Poor signal, poor connectivity, frequent dropoffs.

I wanted a portable internet option that would not turn into a whole routine every time I needed it. This hotspot fits that role really well. I keep it in my bag, and when I need a connection, I take it out, power it up, and move on. There’s no sense of juggling settings or dealing with extra steps. It behaves like something made for everyday use, not just emergencies. What stands out to me is how calm the connection feels. I bought this portable Wi-Fi hotspot mainly because my household has a lot of devices floating around, and I wanted a simple way to keep everyone connected when we’re not at home. It’s been especially helpful when we’re out for long stretches and people need to do their own thing—messages, schoolwork, videos, and the usual scrolling. What I like is how it keeps the experience steady when more than one device is on it. With other options I’ve tried, the moment a second device joins, everything feels sluggish. This one feels like it’s balancing the connection better. I can be on my laptop looking something up while someone else is watching a clip, and it still feels normal.
