This thing puts out some heat! Even on the lowest setting, I was able to sit a few feet away and still feel warm. At the highest setting, it can be felt about 10 feet away. The flame feature looks cool and puts out a relatively low amount of heat, but I don't see that as a negative. Setup was pretty easy, although it was kind of hard to see how the igniter battery gets installed. Without a propane bottle, it's easy to move, but it is fairly heavy with a full bottle. I also really like how it looks, especially the glow of the heater section. While it's on the higher priced side of gas fire tables, it's built well and works as advertised. For the price, I feel like it should come with a cover, but I was able to get one easily enough.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I have been trying different pits to create a certain vibe outside, but the smoke and the constant going down of the fire caused issues, so I researched this Ninja. Due to having other products by this company, I was already inclined to read more into it. Listen, the price was way higher than any pit i had, but i do not put a price on my family time and my peace, so I purchased. I ran it last night and it kept me and my family warm including our little yorkie. Sitting or standing, its hitting you from head to toe. The heater part is crazy hot and with the flames included, i had to turn it down. Go ahead and drop that 5 on it and enjoy your outside life SMOKEFREE!!

UPDATE: bought this heater in October and it no longer ignites. Of course my window for returning has closed. This heater is amazing. I'm running on the low setting in 45°, and it's literally heating the whole porch. The only reason I knocked one star off is because it came with a big dent in the side. My husband was able to get most of it out knowing it would be too much of a pain to ship back. This heater is definitely worth the money, you won't regret it!

I've used it a couple of times so far and I love it. It produces a lot of heat on the lower side on the lowest setting and the flames and heat from the top in dual mode are phenomenal. Super easy to start, just push the knob for the time the directions say. Good heater

Just what we wanted. The box it was shipped in took a major hit, but somehow the unit was undamaged, thankfully. This is a great way to have a fire with heat that radiates to everyone while sitting or standing. Its nice to not have to to be chased by smoke around and around. Just know that the knob that you use to turn the igniter on and then control the intensity of the heat ring on ours (as opposed to the flame on top with the rocks) also has the issue where you have to push down harder than you'd think to keep it on once the igniter does it's thing. Just push down hard and hold it in and once the igniter lights up, push down harder and turn. The Fireside 360 produces a lot of heat, but you are able to control it, which is great. The flames on top also are controlled easily and produce a clean flame that is very pleasing to view.
