Purchased the massage chair, and we had Amazon deliver it and set it up, as it weighs 200 pounds. We plugged it in and right away enjoyed the comfort of the massage chair. You can set it up for various massage strengths and air inflation bags around your calves, arms, and shoulders. Some settings are a little strong around the lower spine area. Placing a small pillow behind your back helps. It would be nice if the company had padding that could be inserted in the zipper areas for the customer's comfort. We have also found that sometimes the integrated stand for the touch screen controller and the mobile phone are in the way. Wish you could take it apart and remove the mobile phone holder, or consider adding a plug to the hole in the arm if you decide to remove the stand. Something I think the manufacturer should think about. We have only had the massage chair a few days and love it so far. Will send a update in a few months. ... show more

I bought this massage chair because it has the smallest foot print from all the others and I did a good choice because instead of occupying half a room you can place it in a corner. I used massage chairs 2-3 times more expensive and this chair is on the same massage level. We use it like once maybe twice a day though and I cannot speak about how much it will last but make sure I'll amend this post if it breaks. ... show more

I wanted to buy a massage chair a couple years ago, and the reason I didn't buy one until now was because they do seem a bit expensive in the market. I have been eyeing this massage chair as well and it just so happened that it was on sale recently so I purchased it. I am already using this massage chair now. My comments about it are as follows: APPEARANCE: It's a nice looking massage chair, it looks very premium and the leather is very soft, I don't know if it's faux leather. The color scheme and very nice. FUNCTION: It has very many massage features. The detail page says SL track, which I think is also true because the massage shaft tracks very closely to the body curves and is very comfortable.
