Love how adjustable this chair is. I am 5'1" and this chair has controls to adjust to my height, like the shoulder positioning, how hard or soft the different massages are and a wide variety of massages. Easy to put together, did it myself and I am 65. I had a small problem with the remote, but the company quickly made it right and replaced my remote. They kept me updated throughout the process. The only reason I’m giving this a four is because I ordered a white massage chair. I have everything white. It is not white. It is very light gray with gray in the seating area. It did not indicate this on the page and it shows white everywhere. I called Amazon about exchanging the color and they said they could not exchange it for a different color because if I would’ve knew it was not gonna be white, I would have gotten the black, but with that being said Amazon said the only thing they could do was refund my money so now I’m in a predicament of getting a refund and possibly ordering another chair from another company to make sure I get the right color because this one is not white but everything else is pretty good. It does get a little rough even on one intensity if you’re not used to or do not like deep tissue Massage you probably will not like it. I’m not sure I’m still trying to figure it out. I just purchased it and it was delivered yesterday. I have till January 31 to return it so now I’ve got to decide what I’m gonna do other than that. The delivery was pretty fast. They put the box in the dining room and left. I was able to get the box flipped over by myself and the set up was really easy. You just need a Phillipshead screwdriver. The massage nodes hit all the wrong spots. Instead of relieving tension, the awkward rolling pattern creates new pressure points on my back. A disappointing and sometimes painful experience.

Purchased the massage chair, and we had Amazon deliver it and set it up, as it weighs 200 pounds. We plugged it in and right away enjoyed the comfort of the massage chair. You can set it up for various massage strengths and air inflation bags around your calves, arms, and shoulders. Some settings are a little strong around the lower spine area. Placing a small pillow behind your back helps. It would be nice if the company had padding that could be inserted in the zipper areas for the customer's comfort. We have also found that sometimes the integrated stand for the touch screen controller and the mobile phone are in the way. Wish you could take it apart and remove the mobile phone holder, or consider adding a plug to the hole in the arm if you decide to remove the stand. Something I think the manufacturer should think about. We have only had the massage chair a few days and love it so far. Will send a update in a few months. ... show more
