First, this unit is quite nice - easily worth more than twice the price compared with mall or big-box store versions. Perfect? no, but pretty darn good. It has more adjustments than the massage does, and that's a lot. We've found the pre-programmed programs the best to use, especially since we don't know how or even if we could program our own, but hey, there's like 12 of them - and then, you can adjust the strengths, pressures & reach (for each area) within each program to suit you. More than we need - want to get right to it. Opportunities for improvement. Let the unit turn on - and WAIT for your program choice and adjustments, BEFORE charging off locking your arms into the cuffs, so you can hardly adjust anything. Provide back-lighting for the adjustment buttons on the remote gizmo. It has a nice lit display of what the chair is doing to you and what strengths, pressures and reach, it's doing - BUT, in just moderately dim light, you can't see where the buttons to adjust those are, cuz they're NOT back-lit. And - since the chair starts IMMEDIATELY, you don't have even 20-30 seconds to find them - and we've even put a little USB book-light over the unit to help. That's really it though - for the money, a great choice, oh and the 3 year warranty a BIG plus too. btw, I'm 6ft1 and 245 lbs, not a small person - I fit and it reaches me anywhere it needs to. And, it can easily lift me up while scrunching and kneading me too - it hurts so good! ... show more

I love it. It was a great purchase. Works very well and is super relaxing. Only a few small cons. The display is not back lit, which is a small pain in the butt. The rollers can be pretty rough, but I like it hard so it works well for me, little too hard for my wife. Nearly 2 months in and totally impressed. The looks, quality to price is truly a home run. Don't have any other chairs to compare it to, but myself and others find the massage programs to be really good. The only very minor issues I can raise are 1. Low quality speakers. 2. The back of chair and base are black (wish they continued the gray color). 3. Very strong foot rollers, but can be controlled or turned off. This chair is wonderful! It does everything I have wanted (and hoped) it would do. Easy setup (just the calf/foot section) and it worked wonderfully from the first time. I highly recommend. The massagers in the track was the best choice for me! I had been considering fixed massagers the whole time I was looking and I'm soo glad I went with this chair! I use it 3-4 times a week. The only reason I’m giving this a four is because I ordered a white massage chair. I have everything white. It is not white. It is very light gray with gray in the seating area. It did not indicate this on the page and it shows white everywhere. I called Amazon about exchanging the color and they said they could not exchange it for a different color because if I would’ve knew it was not gonna be white, I would have gotten the black, but with that being said Amazon said the only thing they could do was refund my money so now I’m in a predicament of getting a refund and possibly ordering another chair from another company to make sure I get the right color because this one is not white but everything else is pretty good. It does get a little rough even on one intensity if you’re not used to or do not like deep tissue Massage you probably will not like it. I’m not sure I’m still trying to figure it out. I just purchased it and it was delivered yesterday. I have till January 31 to return it so now I’ve got to decide what I’m gonna do other than that. Everyone that comes over wants one of these chairs. I was told I should be a sales rep for the company. Works amazing. The only place it doesn’t get is the back of my legs, The hamstring area.
