Firstly I tried a few massage chairs offline, the ones below $3000 didn't satisfy me, but the $5000 ones were too expensive for me to afford. I wanted to keep my budget under $3000, and by picking and choosing I ended up with armali. I have to say, my choice was really great! First of all the configuration of this product: extended massage tracks, three levels of zero gravity, and a superb variety of massage styles. Multiple details of the core heating, all show that he is at least more than 3000 U.S. dollars products to have the configuration, he also has a lot of small features: wireless charging, voice mode, so that I am more friendly in the use. In terms of configuration alone it is worth every penny Secondly: I have tried some massage chairs. Some give me a feeling that is not massage, but rather a violent pressing and kneading me, I am like a ball in the massage chair to be rubbed. But not the ARMALI product, it really gives me a relaxing feeling. It's so many modes, I'm still figuring it out, but the basic massage is already very comfortable. I then contacted customer service via amazon mail. candy got back to me within 4 hours with a combination of videos pictures etc to guide me on how to use it, it was really so convenient! I have this customer service contact information, it's like having a massage chair expert helping me, which is so much better than those brands that can never contact customer service There are two more points that need to be upgraded, the first one is that it doesn't have auto retracting legs, so please be aware of this for massage chairs that need auto retract

My husband and I were both feeling a bit run down after work—just that kind of tired where your body’s telling you it needs a break. So we figured, why not see if a massage chair could help? We didn’t rush into it. We took our time—browsed through a bunch in stores, compared more than 10 different ones on Amazon, and even hit up some sellers with all our random questions. After all that, we settled on the ARMALI, and honestly, couldn’t be happier. For everything this chair does, the price I got it for feels more than fair. We saw chairs in stores for way more, and they didn’t come close to this one’s features. The zero gravity mode is something else—you’re almost lying flat, and it makes the whole massage feel super smooth and relaxing. There are a ton of settings (I’m still testing them out), but so far, every one has felt great. Nothing weird or uncomfortable, just really good. And the heating? Even though it’s not cold out yet, it still feels amazing. It's like a gentle warmth that just adds that extra bit of comfort while you’re relaxing. At this point, it’s easily our favorite thing at home. After a long day, we both look forward to it. No doubt, 5/5.

Wish I had more thoroughly the other reviews, which are clearly translated and/or AI. The chair looks nice, the zero gravity it good, but the massage elements are not good. I tried just about every setting to avoid the pain of reboxing it for return, but unless you like a gentle massage that is very hard to customize, this is not for you.

Pro The unit is well made, packaged well, and performs as advertised. I reached out to customer support for a small question and they responded immediately. The chair provides a firm and rewarding variety of massage solutions that address all areas of concern. It's quite addicting! On a follow up item, great customer service! Con I'm 6'1", 200 pounds with a 32" inseam. My size would be the absolute limit of this chair. If you are any taller or larger, you will likely have challenges with the proper fit. The foot rollers can feel quite powerful, but are effective. Nice to have items I don't use the wireless phone charging, the USB charging, or Bluetooth speakers, but they do work and for many users these are nice features. Would I buy it again or recommend it? Yes, so long as the purchaser is under 6' tall.
