The media could not be loaded. Omg! I love this chair! It’s a perfect addition to my tiny reading corner! I have neck pain sometimes, so I add in another pillow to support my neck specifically. It’s soft, and comfortable. My dog and kids also love it. It looks really nice too. Even being vaccum sealed, it firmed-up nicely! No assembling! No regrets! 🚨Don’t open it in the kitchen like I did- hahahahaha! Wait for someone to help you carry it while it is vacuum sealed, because it gets unbelievably large compared to how it is rolled up. DO NOT ORDER. I was initially extremely pleased aside from boot back support, but it does NOT hold up well. I have had it for slightly less than a year and it has gotten minimal use as it is not in my main living area and yet it is still already ripping and I only expect it to get worse. I was unable to get ahold of the sellers to ask about making it right as when I hit ask for support the only option was to troubleshoot on my own which is clearly not an option. Terrible customer service and craftsmanship, take your business to a better seller where your $400 will last you more than a year. ... show more

We use this chair every single day for hours on end. We have even slept in this chair numerous times. Overall, it’s very firm, the foam is great quality. But there are some cons. I have zero idea on how to clean this thing because I’m afraid of the cleaner not getting entirely dry and molding. There are no instructions on cleaning care. The material has already started to rip at the seam points (near the arm rest). The pillows/back support pillow that comes with this chair is very mid quality so you might want to get something different. Warning: do not sit on the arms of the chair. You will pop the foam out of place and there is no way to get it back to looking normal. Overall, we really like this chair in our office! ... show more

I have has these for a few months now and though they are very comfortable they don’t hold up ..if you don’t have them full supported on the back it bends warps and compresses…if you use the arm to lean on it will to compress and bow out..they are very comfortable which leads to the deformation unless you have it against a wall preferably a corner.. ... show more
