This is one of the best products I've ever bought on Amazon. I did a lot of research on all the various 48V Lithium Batteries to replace the old lead acid batteries in my 2008 golf cart. And I decided to go with this Cloud Energy 105AH based on the reviews. I couldn't be more pleased. I had numerous questions/concerns before I actually pulled the trigger to buy this battery. I contacted the manufacturer (via email) several times before I bought it, and they were FANTASTIC. They always responded within a few hours and answered all my questions. They were truly professional and it has been a pleasure working with a great company. It only took about 7 or 8 days to receive it, and it was boxed up and packaged extremely well. It came with everything that it was supposed to come with. The only thing I didn't like was - the Battery Monitoring System only displayed the temperature in Celsius. There was nothing in the manual stating how to change it to Fahrenheit so, once again, I sent an email to Cloud Energy. Within a few hours, I got a response from Jovy (with customer service) and he said he'd send me out a new BMS that displayed the temp in Fahrenheit. Once again, about a week later, it arrived via FedEx. This company has bent over backwards to make sure I'm happy and I whole-heartedly recommend them. Give 'em a try. You can thank me later!

The battery too about an hour to install and it was very easy to do. The status monitor read incorrectly and Tech Support was amazing. Jovy (the tech I worked with) was very knowledgeable and almost immediately shipped me a new monitor and cable. That solved the issue and it took about 45 to figure out where to put it and install it. I couldn’t be more pleased! Also it appears my range will be very close to 50 miles on a charge. The pickup and power is worth the conversion and the cost was about $75 more than putting in lead acid batteries so it was an easy decision. I highly recommend this battery and their service and support.

Our lead acid batteries died. I looked at different lifepo4 batteries for 3 weeks. After talking to cloud energy and asking a ton of questions, I decided on the 105ah because it came with a 250amp bms vs most have a 200amp bms. My stock cart pulls 190ish amps on take off. I'm very pleased with the battery and the purchase! I wished I would have purchased it sooner.

This battery kit was used to upgrade a 2019 EZGO RXV golf cart to Lithium. The battery works well and is living up to the approximate 10 hours run time and 50 mile range. The most challenging part of this installation was the 12vdc circuit design and finding a location that worked well. Pictures of my build are included in this review.
