My install took a bit more time than it should have, my fault I wanted it to look good in the cart. I soldered and heat shrank all connections too. 2003 Club Car DS. Their small dash display came with a metal mounting bracket hot glued together. I took some time and careful cutting, I was able to separate the bracket from the display. I then cut a hole in the dash and a bit of hot glue, job done. The Trojan batteries were 8 yrs old and getting tired. I did time trials with the Trojans on specific distance, flat ground and on an incline. The weight difference is significant, well over 250 lbs. less compared to the lead acid units. I also purchased a 48 volt to 12 volt voltage reducer, fuse box, and plug adapter so that I can plug in the charger in the original location. The charger is mounted to a 1/4 inch metal plate attached to the wood battery box, insulation from the heat the charger gives off. I checked the temp after charging for 2 hours, the area around the charger only went up 25 degrees, safety maintained. Built a battery box and hold down. Bonus I have 2 small rachets straps to use on something else. Results: The battery performs better than I expected, very surprised, thrilled even. This is really a plug and play install. The other items that I purchased integrated with the install seamlessly. I have had this in the cart for 3 weeks with the Temgo unit, travelled 18 miles on my speedometer, I am down to 71 percent charge. All pretty flat roads. Performance: The cart goes from zero to speed rapidly. The takeoff speed shocked the wife. She now has to depress the pedal a bit slower now. I gained 4 mph on flat ground, now up to 32mph. I do have an upgraded electric motor. the speed increase on an incline is where I notice the biggest improvement before and after. It took 20.4 seconds to go up my measured incline with batteries, after with the Temgo Lithium it went down 14.8 seconds. My batteries were a bit tired, well maintained, but worn. The Lithium will last longer in my usage. The paperwork says 5000 cycles, I won't recharge until I it hits 20%. Price: All in and done, with other purchased parts I spent $894.23. The new Trojans would have been about $1400. Pros and Cons: The good you have read, there was one downside. The age of my cart, 2003. The battery was too tall to fit under the seat. Placed on the cart frame rails it was 1 inch above the seat placement. This was not their fault obviously. This is something to consider during this purchase, I missed it. The fix took a couple of hours, I put an aluminum frame under the seat. I raised the seat by 1 1/2 inches. I did not tell friends or family about raising the seat to clear the battery, no one noticed until I said something. So, really not a problem, just an adjustment to make things work. I am going to be doing an neighbors cart in next couple of months, he sees less hassle and maintenance as well. I have measured his cart already, his will clear by 2 inches. Final Thoughts: No more hassle with distilled water, filling the batteries every 2 months, and cleaning the battery corrosion every month either. This has been a pleasing conversion I entered into with considerable worry; rather now unfounded. Extremely happy with the results, the install itself was pretty direct. I did have an issue with the LCD screen and a toggle getting stuck. Emailed the vendor and they responded immediately asking for some videos. That day they sent out a replacement for the one that was causing issues. Really happy with the battery and the cart performance since. I did have to modify the battery area in my Club Car DS so that the new one would fit. Nothing too hard, just wasn't expecting that little twist. Gotta love DS with A frames. Google your cart and model when dealing with the old charger wiring. If you don't handle the safety, it won't work.

I purchased the Temgo 51.2V 100AH LiFePO4 battery for my Club Car Golf Cart. This battery arrived extremely well packaged and has a very clean design. After removing my old lead acid batteries I only had to trim of two plastic protrusions in my carts battery area for the Temgo to slide right in. Took me about 30 seconds with an oscillating saw to accomplish this. The company provides two strong orange ratchet straps to firmly secure their in your cart. Hook up after that was a breeze and if I can do it, anyone can. My cart now runs smoother and faster. It takes off quicker as well. I charge it now just using an extension cord and I can monitor the charge level and cycles from my phone or the hard wired monitor that Temgo provided. Super easy. Today so many products have iffy quality. Not Temgo. It’s an awesome product and I highly recommend this company.

Shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. Was packed very well and nothing missing, just as advertised. Hooked up the display, loaded the app and charged it up with included charger: 30% to 100% a few hours. Paired it with my Ecoflow Delta 2 Max using a cable from wattcycle: Delta/Temgo powering my RV. Setup works great Temgo charges and discharged with the Delta. I can go a whole 4 day campout and never lose power. If you are wanting to expand your Ecoflow power station I highly recommend this Temgo battery, it's great!!!

Very happy with this battery so far. Installation was straightforward and the battery is performing great in my golf cart. The BMS display is easy to read and gives plenty of useful information. All 16 cells are very well balanced, the temperatures look good, and the system is showing normal operation. The cart has plenty of power and switching from my old lead-acid batteries to lithium has been a great upgrade. So far, I’m very impressed with the quality and performance.

I’ve boughten 2 of these batteries one 36v and one 48v. The 36v I bought about a year ago. The 48v I got 3 days ago. And have no issues beside one thing and it was my fault. I got ahold of Bob in customer service and let me tell you guys dude was a life saver. He really helped me the best he could and we’re getting it taken care of! 100% will be purchasing more of these batteries. I fix carts and also buy and sell and trust this battery 100%. Super easy to install literally can install in hour and half in a club car Ds. Just make sure you got all the wires from the screen tied up and out of the way. Whoops!

I never give 5 stars for any product i.e. there is always room for improvement. This product is awesome. It directly replaced my lead acid batteries on my 2016 Yamaha golf cart without issue. It was easy to install. It took me a few hours. The cart runs great and it is faster than it's ever been. I really like the display. It gives immediate status of the battery.
