Upon receipt of this battery I fully charged it using a proper, high-quality 48V charger until the battery was at 100% SOC. I then used my DTL-150 Battery Capacity Tester to test the capacity of this battery. Once drailed after about 1.5 days the DTL-150 displayed 78Ah. This is not a 100Ah battery. I have left the vendor a message asking them to provide options on finding a resolution. On one hand, I need to get my Ryobi Zero-turn mower up and running. On the other hand, I expected a 100Ah battery as advertized. I'll see how responsive the vendor is with options and update this review if/when needed. In the meantime, don't expect full capacity with this battery. UPDATE: The vendor responded quickly. After I sent them my pictures of the discharge test and indicated I needed a battery NOW (use it in my mower and the grass is getting out of hand!) they agreed to provide a modest partial refund, which I received promptly. This was a timely and reasonable resolution of the issue for all. I can get by with the battery at the tested capacity. All-in-all, the vendor provided good customer service. I've increased my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars as a result of their handling of my issue. It was the quick responsiveness that warrants the change in the rating as good customer service is not easily found nowadays. As for the battery, time will tell if it will last long enough to match competitor products at the same price point. The vendor did state that they follow "industry standards" and that they have set their BMS to optimize charge-discharge cycles. But a 78Ah capacity test on a new battery is still too low for a 100Ah-rated battery. In the end I have used the new battery with my mower on a 1+ acres of rolling terrain and it has done well. At the price point, it still is a competitive option even with the reduced capacity.

I bought 2 of these for my solar system. I've only had these a few days, but them seem to be fine. Handle broke on the first one. i wish these batteries had a BMS comms port on the outside to connect to my solar inverter. So far so good.
