What a great upgrade for my golf cart. I replaced 8 batteries with this one unit. Fairly ease to install and works so much better. My cart goes about 3-4 mph faster and no more having to mess around with the old style batteries that don't seem to last very well. Well worth the time and effort.

I bought this Lossigy 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 Bluetooth battery to replace four 12v marine batteries in my 2015 Cab Cadet RZT-S Zero Electric riding mower. I removed the old batteries and charging port and after charging this new battery I connected it using the original cables, and the mower operates perfectly. The only issue is that this battery is not the same size as the old ones, so I had to perform some cosmetic surgery on the mower to reinstall the body panels. The bluetooth app worked first time and provides useful info on the battery's health. The battery also came with a monitoring device, but the instructions did not explain what value it added over the app, so I did not install it.

Been using this battery about a month. It was pretty simple to install, especially after I followed the advice of a YouTube video and installed a pair of remote terminals. Without them it would have been hard to connect everything. The grandkids have put a lot of miles on. It goes faster and climbs hills much better. They ran it for about ten hours straight last weekend and it still had plenty of charge. I’m not wild about the way the charger connects—it’s pretty flmsy compared to the original three-pronged outlet—but I can say it doesn’t work fine. Considering that it was cheaper than the six 8-volt Trojan batteries it replaced, I’m wondering why I waited so long.

Mostly plug and play for a 48v golf cart, took the dead old batteries and cables out, cut some plastic separation out of the club car precedent, put this in on the factory positive and negative cables into the controller. Within 45 minutes of starting to remove the old batteries the new one was in and connected, and after a couple hours charge (which in hindsight could be done while you're working on removing the old batteries and plastic separation) it ran around the yard just like it should. This is a great, mostly drop in, replacement for the old lead acid batteries. I took a minimal approach to installation and the job was done in around 2 hours, dropping the battery in, running the battery indicator wire to the dash and mounting the charger, but I'm sure if you're a perfectionist or looking for something to do you could make it take as long as you'd like, building unnecessary mounting and such. Additionally you may need or want to buy a 48/36 to 12v reducer to power any accessories or lighting you may have and a120v rv/gc plug to mount on the cart to run to the charger if you're mounting it on the cart. That's going to be my next minor upgrade after I get the lift done today. So far so good, if anything changes I like to keep my reviews updated EDIT: I had to drop the rating to 4 stars, but then raised it again, and this is why... The SOC display that comes with the battery will show 35% charge left, on empty, as the golf cart cuts off on you... which if it wouldn't have gone dead a block from my house, could have been a very big deal. I looked it up and read this could be because it hasn't been through a full charge cycle yet, so I'm going to charge it back up, try again, and if all is well, I'll leave the review untouched and that's the fix. On flat roads at the beach with no hills, I was able to clock right at 20 miles distance as it died. According to my upgraded navitas controller. So I'd expect roughly 20 miles total range from this battery from full to dead on flat roads, for anyone wondering.
