Is this pressure washer compatible with 220V power? This powerwasher is rated 120V 60Hz for US household use only. It cannot work with 220V power supply, mismatched voltage will cause permanent damage to motor and pump. Can I use hot water with this power washer? No. Max inlet water temp is 104℉. Hot water overheats and damages the high-pressure pump, only cold tap water can be used. Is it okay to run the washer without connecting tap water first? Absolutely not. Dry running damages pump seals. Do not run the unit over 1 minute without spraying water to avoid overheating failure. Can I use dish soap or laundry soap for cleaning? Only pressure washer-specific detergent is allowed. Daily soap clogs nozzles. Bleach and corrosive chemicals will damage pump parts. Can I store the washer outdoors in freezing weather? Store it indoors only. Frozen residual water cracks the pump and pipes. Drain leftover water by running the machine 2-3s before storage.

I ordered just the individual foam cannon accessory, so I can't speak as to how the pressure washer works. I've used this several times now for car washing and cleaning mold from my home's siding and it easily produces a good lather. It fits securely to my pressure washer's accessory nozzle and I haven't had any issues with leaking. If there are any negatives to this foam cannon, it's that the reservoir bottle isn't really built to take a beating. I needs to be handled with care and put away somewhere it isn't likely to be knocked over when not in use, as the plastic is somewhat thin. It hasn't been a problem for me, but if you're looking for something you can just toss in the back of a truck and expect it to hold up to that, you'll probably want something a bit more durable. For the price, it seems like a good value, especially since hiring someone to do the same sort of so-called "soft washing" would be far more expensive than this foam cannon (plus a little bit of DIY elbow grease). ... show more

I like the cool factor of this! It's clear so you see what's in the bottle. It has some solid weight to it so it feels like quality made. Looks like it's brass parts on the inside with that translucent material. It's adjustable to spray a flat pattern vs pointed pattern on the car. I don't know the measurement of soap to liquid and my car wash soap might not be the type for actual foaming. I'll get the right stuff and upload another photo of how it does there. One thing I think could be improved is a locking mechanism with the main body unit with the soap container. The container has its own threaded lid for the container, but the unit connects to the lid through another threaded pipe (if you will) and that can get lose if trying to unscrew the container lid from the bottle. Nothing like a bit of plumbers tape or thread lock to make it more tighter to not loosen when trying to add more soap. Overall I like it. It's pretty cool. ... show more

The set-up for this accessory was easy and simple to attach to my Greenworks pressure cleaner. With it, I could spray soap on the side of my house, the windows, and the shutters. It worked really well to reach the areas in front of it. After that, I needed to remove it to finish spraying the upper areas, as well as the rinsing. If this didn’t reduce pressure, I’d have given it a 5-star rating, because then the spray wouldn’t be so limited. This seems best used on surfaces less than 10 feet from the sprayer. The bottle itself is wider than the usual foam cannon bottles, but it makes it easier for it to stand on its own instead of tipping over. It has a good nozzle and I stand about 3-5 feet and the spraying is even and wide enough to get a good area of the car. It is a hard plastic bottle, which makes it easy to ensure the right amount of water to soap is in there. This foam cannon arrived today, and given that it’s a beautiful day in late January, mid-50’s, it’s csr-washing time! I’ve bought foam cannons before, and I’ve liked them fine, but this one offers a couple of extra nice features. The best feature, in my opinion, is that the bottle has a wide mouth that makes pouring soap or whatever so much easier and less messy. That, alone, makes this a worthwhile purchase. Secondly, the entire device is made of very clear plastic, which is handy as well as visually appealing. Nice universal, was able to fit it on my pressure washer gun very easily. Setup was quick and easy and great quality nozzle and bottle. Easy to unscrew the bottle and fill and also easy to unscrew and detach from pressure washer gun when necessary. Great way to clean the car and makes it super fast!

Perfect for washing cars and for applying soap during pressure washing. I have also used it with products to wash my windows and evenly distribute the soap and it works really well. The metal piece that the hose attaches to is very top heavy, so when you store it, it tends to fall over. And the canister is a thick plastic that seems durable, but I will see with time how it hold up. I could also see this being helpful if you wanted to apply liquid plant food to your plants. ... show more
