WOW I am impressed! The quality of this 48" HDPE Outdoor Bench, All-Weather & Fade-Resistant by ACUEL superseded my expectations. It was delivered very fast! The seller even messaged me with a nice note saying they apologize for it running late (it was earlier than Amazon predicted the delivery when I placed the order!) that was very nice of them to do so, and I replied a thank you letter to them for the information. That alone, tells me that their customer service would be excellent in any need - questions before purchase, about assembly and exchanges or returns if necessary and more. The easy of assembly with clear instructions, in this extremely well packaged order - heavy duty box with protective foam (quality foam to boot) and so on. I had it put together in about 15-20 minutes, and this timing includes the unpacking! The color looks great, the weight of the bench is as stated in the description and hefty enough not to be blown away (not including your mind with how good this is!). Looks amazing on my porch too. Excellent value for the money. I would definitely do business with this seller again A+ Five stars is not enough Kudos ACUEL!

Excellent bench. Very well constructed and structurally supported. Purchased in black and it’s rich looking. The bench material is similar to Trex in that it’s a composite plastic/synthetic and maintenance free. You won’t have to worry about wood rot or weather or the elements. Love that the bench is heavier than expected, so it won’t blow over easily in the wind. You also feel secure sitting on it. The assembly was super easy, basically just the legs on each side and a brace bar for each. The four braces underneath, supporting the bench seat panels, are already installed by the manufacturer. Again, lots of structural support! Very happy with this purchase and the quality of the bench!

I really like this bench. One person can put it together and it is very sturdy. It can be a bit tough to get the bottom shelf in and I suggest using an awl to align the holes so it can be screwed in. Overall, very nice bench. There are some marks on one of the legs where the paint looks like it was scattered and it is not smooth, but since it will be outdoor, for me, it doesn't matter.
